I have a document that I need to sign and send back to my HR department but I can’t seem to figure out how to sign it? Maybe this app is to complicated for my use…?

@JimIam Add yourself (Name/Email address) as the first Recipient with the Signing Order enabled, then add the HR Dept as the second Recipient.  Add the appropriate fields for each Recipient on the tagging page of the document and send.
