Hello,

I am finding different opinions when asking this question, so I need to clarify..
When I set a recipient to “Needs to View”.. do they get a copy of the completed document once finalised?

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand you want to know if Needs to View envelopes will receive a copy of the completed envelope.

They should be able to receive a copy of the completed envelope, I just did a test on my demo account, and the recipient that I set as needs to view received the completed notification. Or are you referring to receiving the completed document as an attachment?
