I’ve setup a template that will be used for customers to sign and return for signature by someone on our sales team.  I’m automating the distribuation of this document by using Microsoft Power Automate, creating a flow with a webhook listener at the end.  The webhook listener is looking for the status of the envelope to change to “completed”, then it will save the completed .pdf to our sharepoint site.I’ve configured a new configuration within Docusign Connect, for the flow.  However, I don’t see a way to point this webhook to this specific template and the envelopes created from it.  I’ve tested this entire build and it works, except it works too good.My issue is that there are other shared templates being used within our Docusign instance (by other processes and users) so my webhook reports back when ANY envelope status changes to “completed”, rather than just the envolopes I care about with this specific template.Is there any way to have a webhook only report back on specific envelo

Hello guys!I've integrated Docusign with TOPdesk. I'm able to create a base64 document and send this document via email. However, when I look within the Docusign platform, this document doesn't appear. What could I be doing wrong? But, here, I can’t see anything...  

Hi,I’ve created a template and added a few custom fields on the template. I’ve applied a template on an empty envelope but I can’t seem to to able to update the custom fields on the envelope.When I pull a list of custom fields on the envelope, all I’m getting is this. { "textCustomFields": [ { "fieldId": "11074686122", "name": "templateUsageRestriction", "show": "false", "required": "false", "value": "allOptions" } ], "listCustomFields": []}Is it possible to update there custom fields before sending it to the end user? Best regards,Matt

Hi,I’m trying to create a preview of a draft envelope so the sender can confirm all the data and fields are correct before sending the envelope. I tried using the createSenderView API to get the URL for the Sender View. However when I try to access the URL its saying Login Unsuccessfulredeem console code : RestApi Error . Transaction Id: xxxxFrom what I’ve read online, the supposed URL is supposed to be this domain “https://demo.docusign.net” but I’m getting this instead “https://apps-d.docusign.com”.Is there some configuration/setting that I’m missing?Regards,Matt

In a Salesforce to DocuSign integration.In admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys, I created an app and integration key for use with a SF Partial sandbox.  I went through the Go Live and promoted that IK to DocuSign Production, and am using it in SF Production environment.  My SF Partial integration settings have not been changed and are still using the IK that has been promoted.Are the envelopes that are being generated via SF Partial, since it is using the same IK as Prod, being created with a monetary charge?  I just looked at a new signed doc from SF Partial and it has the red Demo language in the upper right.

While I am sending my template for the user to sign. I want the template name to be updated with Templatename _ Contactname or Id. I am trying to use the withName method from envelope but it is throwing me some error. Method does not exist or incorrect signature: void withName(String) from the type dfsle.Envelope. Current scenario :: I have my docusign template uploaded in docusign site and am using that envelopeId to get the template in my apex class. But while I send the template, I want the template Name to have templateName_ContactName.

Hello members,I'm encountering an issue while generating an access token using the JWT flow in PowerShell. Initially, I thought it might be a simple fix, but I've been troubleshooting for several hours without identifying the root cause. Here's the situation:I'm using a PowerShell script to generate a JWT assertion and then use that assertion to retrieve a temporary access token. Unfortunately, my request is failing. For comparison, I generated a JWT using JWT.io with the same private and public keys, and it successfully retrieved an access token. I've verified that the structure and payload of both tokens appear similar(Check below, same iss and sub) Working Failing     At this point, I'm unsure what I'm missing. It could be a minor configuration error in my script.I'd appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions you might have. I am trying to integrate the docusign to my existing project and after adding the docusign SDK dependency from below url to my maven project getting error “com.docusign.esign.client -- Cannot be resolved” I followed adding dependency tag (as stated below) to my pom.xml file. https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/sdks/java/setup-and-configuration/ so after adding the dependency, For testing purpose i added a reference “com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient” to my .java class and started getting above dependency error. do i have to specify any additional dependency for docusing.esign.client apart from below to my pom.xml file? we have embebed DocuSign with our web application for signing documents. we are facing an issue that when someone first time sign a document using embebed DocuSign : after signing DocuSign is not redirecting to the url that is specified as redirect url in DocuSign developer account. but after first signing it is redirecting to the correct url.

I cannot find any documentation online for how to “Correct” document after it has been sent.I have a new document (newer version) and I want to replace/correct the existing document in envelope.I have tried to use UpdateDocuments, but it is not for envelope already sent.
