Issue with base 64 document

Hello Team,

I’m getting below error while calling create envelop API from DocuSign

“Invalid length for a Base-64 char array or string”

Can anyone please suggest how we can troubleshoot this on DocuSign, I’m using DocuSign developer account for demo.

This error happens because base64 cannot be read correctly, verify that you are correctly converting the file to base64.
