We are exploring an integration between DocuSign and Icertis system. I understand DocuSign offers different types of eSignature – Standard Electronic signatures, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES), Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). We requires a heightened level of identity assurance through digital certificates. What type / level of digital signature will be delivered by this DocuSign / iCertis integration?

Is it limited to SES signature type or includes all signature types?

The Icertis connector to Docusign eSignature was developed and is maintained by Icertis. From a technical point of view it is very simple to add the parameter to pass along the signature type to Docusign eSignature via API and create the transaction with the desired level of identity assurance. On top of the signature type, Docusign also offers various Identity Verification options that can all be leveraged via an integration as well.

I cannot tell you, what Icertis has implemented before for other customers, but even if it is not yet implemented, that would be something very small to add in their extensive development and implementation phase. It is best to speak to Icertis directly.
