HOW TO FIX 'UNSPECIFIED_ERROR' DURING TABS CREATION?

Hii I'm trying to recreate template including tabs. I'm receiving such error for some attempts: {"errorCode":"UNSPECIFIED_ERROR","message":"Could not put blob in BlobBaseModule.Put"}

I'm using:

https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/templates/templaterecipienttabs/create/

endpoint.

This behaviour is random. How to fix this?

Hi @Vas it is very hard to say what went wrong without examining the API logs. finding the root cause would require API logs that contain PII data. Please open support case by visiting the Support Center
