Hello Everyone,When we create the envelope by default expiry be after 120 days. We tried to extend expiry of an envelope by adding number days to the expireAfter method but it still not updating, let me know the process to add new expiry day to the envelope. May I know that we can extend the expiration of an envelope by using developer account or not else we need any subscription to extend the expiration of an envelope.And also, please let me know I need to configure any setting in the developer account from my end.Thanks and RegardsCharan Balam

First of all I tried with sending properties in my API json body then I am trying manually with Docusign site editor and I find that in editor it is also not working. I also have other fields and they are working fine in my API as well as Docusign Editor. But I am not able to change checkbox color and size with both methods. So I am not sure what can I do. 

Does anyone have documentation, suggestions, lessons learned, etc while configuring APIs to and from Banner ERP?    There are tons of documentation and information, but I am not an API guru so I don’t even know a good place to start in trying to assist my team. Thank you.  Susan

Hello everyone, I have a few questions regarding Documents and Signers customizing while developing Embedded Signing.What is the provision to skip one signature? Can I modify signers list after the first signer has done the signature? Are there any Classes or any properties to modify the remaining signers? In my payload i’m passing xPosition and yPosition to signhere tab, what if i’m not passing these values? where can signer the sign in the document? Is the signed document downloadable for infinite time or any limited days?Thanks for Answers...

Need details how I can sign my PDF documents using REST API from docusign? I want to do it programmatically before sending to clients

We have configured the Kuala-Lampur timezone in Settings > Regional Setting. But we are always getting the date and time in PST timezone only in api response after opening/signing the document in docuSign. Is there anything we need to take care for that? Or it will be always in PST timezone?When we open the Certificate of Completion, it displays the time in Kuala-Lampur timezone. Please do the needful.Thanks.   

Hi I have a flow in power automate to populate anchor tags in a DocuSign doccument The flow works correctly. However, when showing the document, it doesn’t populate a field. This is a screenshot of the step. And this is a screenshot of the anchor tag  Any ideas? it should be populated with the number in tabLabel Thanks

I’m trying to add a note tab it is being displayed but the value which I want to show is not displayed.Trying to set value by calling setValue method of Note tab. This is how it appears on screenAny leads on how to resolve it is appreciated.I also tried adding tool tip and it doesn’t work either.

Hello everyone, I am working on embedding signing. When I am adding new signer to existing envelope it is getting added to the existing signers and also, we mentioned xPosition and yPosition for Signhere tabs. We are able generate new URI for that newly added signer. When we tried to sign the document using that URI, it is not showing signhere tabs instead it is showing drag and drop for the signature. Thank and RegardsCharan Balam  

Hi all,I am attempting to implement a very specific use case that I’d hope/assume is possible:Background Info:We have developed an internal tool for a client that allows users to create daily work records. These daily work records are dynamic, obviously, due to the record containing the work performed for that day. Currently, the end of each day, the users download the pdf, email it to their customers, and have them download and digitally sign however they can, and resend it back. We are already generating a pdf with the data for that day, so once the record is submitted for the day, that document is static.The Feature:We want to take this static pdf, and add a signature spot at the bottom of the page for the customer to retrieve an email with the docusign signature request, rather than a simple email with an attached document. Hello Docusign community!I need to update a database whenever an envelope receives a signature (it's not enough to simply check if it's completed; I need to be notified for each signature). However, in my organization, several people send documents for signature, and I need to monitor all of them. So, how can I perform real-time monitoring of multiple envelopes sent by different users (within the same organization)? I have access to everyone's envelopes. Would this be done using an API? Can I achieve this in Python or with another resource? How?

Hi, Is there any docusign setting which can work with multiple users id (guid), for now if we make API call with others user id (no creator of app) it doesn’t work, it is asking for creator user id in order to work.Help.

Hi,I have 1 app which is created by a user whom left the organisation and now the problem I’m facing is the app doesn’t work with my GUID (User Id) it’s asking for old GUID (user id) who created the app.Is there any way we can manage this situation. shift the app to mine guid? 

I need to integrate DocuSign through ESB(IBM App Connect) using an API, I'm looking for authentication method and as per documentation and all the methods states below stepStep 1. Request the authorization code which requires to get the code through browser before getting the access token. Hello Everyone,  I’m trying to build an embedded signing workflow. I’ve achieved the signing workflow for a document. But when the signer opened the document, he is able to see envelopeId at top of document.I have set envelopeIdStamping property to false to disable envelopeId while creating the envelope. But it is not getting disabled on the document.envelopeDefinition.setEnvelopeIdStamping("false");How to hide or disable envelopeId from the Document??Is there any other way to do it other than this? Regards

Since April cannot get Customer support for former employee accounts that need to be accessed for legal compliance reasons.  The Administrator of the company account resigned and we need to change the Administrator, assign a new one to access our documents.  I can’t imagine there is not a contact or simple solution that it is not a rare situation. Hi all,I  have some form fields that I send in the document to create an envelope in DocuSign. Once the signers have signed and I download the document via DocuSign connect, I do some post processing on the form fields. I am not receiving the form fields in the downloaded document from DocuSign, how do I get them?

I am currently using a template with an embedded word document. This document uses {{name}} so that when the API is invoked to create an envelope from the template that value can be replaced.
