How to create a new user in Esignature via API?

1. Go to https://account.docusign.com/, and sign in with your TSC email address.

2. If you are prompted to enter your TSC password after entering your TSC email address, please select the “USE COMPANY LOGIN” option instead of typing in your password. Continue to log in as usual.
