Hi, I’m trying to use a Production Account of a client for Go-Live.

However, my developer account does not have an administrator access to their account.

 

The client refuses to give me a full administrator access because they are afraid that I’ll get access to all other unnecessary information.

Is there any alternative to this?

you can create a developer account for clients and use client’s account for golive. then let the admin input their production account in their computer. You only told they how to do it.

Then the client will still have to give full administrator access to the developer account right?

Just to clarify, if the client created a developer account with same email address as their actual account, will this automatically have the admin access?


Yes, the register email is default admin in the developer account.
