I have been sending email to sign document through esignature rest Api using python (Backend), I am facing problem while signing ceremony , i am not able to click the links , it seems the link is not clickable , not redirecting to weblink, though it was clickable earlier .
is this possible , if yes, then please guide me through the steps .

Hi @noman,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

In order to better understand the problem, could you confirm that you are sending links in the envelope which are not accessible, is this correct?

If the above is correct you can use the Hyperlink, attached documentation

Hi @Eric Ruiz ,
No the links are accessible, working  and redirecting to correct Webpage.
To let you understand better, I am listing down the process i am following:
Before creation of template links are clickable
Created and rendered template as per business requirement
Created envelope for embeded signing using Api
At this time , when I go to docusign interface to sign my document from the link i have received through create envelope api, links are not clickable,
but as soon as all signers have signed document , they become clickable, in final document.

This is the issue that I am facing. Can you please let me what I am missing or is it possible

hello!

I am also facing the same issue. Is there an y workaround for this problem?

At this time , when I go to docusign interface to sign my document from the link i have received through create envelope api, links are not clickable,

what is this mean? recipient view url? or the link in the document?
