Hi,

 

I have 2 questions about Starter plan for Developer API.

  1. Please check the link for price plans. It says 40 envelopes per month and also 5 envelopes.

I didn’t understand the difference.

 

  1. We expect to get 20-30 applications monthly.

But I wonder what happens if we sometimes exceed 40 envelopes.

Will the system block requests or there will be extra charge for the exceeded envelopes.

Please be advised that the system doesn't actually block the account .

Also the 5 envelopes are from the API i believe.

 

Please open a support case with DS with all the details above as there is an existing investigation going on this issue.

I am very new to docusign.  After reading the bulk send options, I was under the impression that by sending bulk send to many, it counted as one envelope.  Am I mistaken?  It shows that I have exceeded my allowable envelopes that come with my plan. What if anything can I do to rectify the issue.
