I use webforms to create finance applications for our customers. Some of the vendors we work with want to use our application but with their own brand. I am wondering how many brands I can add to my account? So far I have added 3 brands but want to know when I will reach the limit?

I’m trying to establish a destination to a completed signed using power Form. The instructions provided to do so are these:In Docusign Admin, click Brands. (Learn more about these steps in the guide about Branding.) Locate the signing brand you want to configure and click the action menu and select Edit. In the Advanced Configuration section, click Destination URLs. In the Configure Destinations dialog, for each action you want to configure: Click in the value box. Enter the complete URL of the web page you want to direct signers to for the specified action. Example: https://www.google.com (Optional) To add merge fields to the URL string enter a question mark (?) at the end of the web page URL, then add a query string with the name/value pairs of the contextual parameters you want to pass to the landing page. Click the INSERT MERGE FIELD drop down to select the field to insert. Example: https://www.google.com?name=[[RecipentName]]&email=[[RecipientEmail]] Note: Only Envelope Cust

I need to edit an existing template that is currently 38 pages.  I only need to replace 4 pages and add a new page at the end of the document.  I see how to replace, but when I do that, the 4 pages replace the entire document.  How do I this without having to start over?

I am currently trying to create a date that auto populates as 1 year after the ‘Date Signed’. I have made sure that it is all under the same recipient and all of the wording is correct as I have selected from the drop down.  Here is the formula that I have written: AddYears( [MollyTest] ,1)  There is no error message that shows, only the red squiggly line beneath it and on preview it only shows at Fx. Any help here would be amazing as I have been scratching my head for a while. 

Previously, from July to September 2024, we had a paid-for DocuSign account, for which we were invoiced monthly. We rarely need to circulate documents for recorded signatures, so I downgraded to a free account in September. When I go to Admin / Account / Plan and Billing, I can see no record of the previous invoices. The topics in the Help Section don’t seem to address this issue. Does anyone know how to download historic invoices like this?

I have recently sent out 12 documents in one envelope for 8 people in my organization to sign.  The eighth person does not want to sign 3 of the documents.  Can he leave the ones she doesn’t want to sign unsigned and complete the envelope?Thanks

Hi folks, I just restarted my pro plan and would like the strikethrough feature back. I was trying to open a new case for the strikethrough feature to be back but never succeed to open a new case now. There is no longer a button called “New Case” or “Open a case” on my cases page.  Can anyone help?

I’ve been sent a contract to sign. When I open the document, it comes up with a date embedded on the signature panel. However, if I select “Print and Sign” - the downloaded PDF copy does not display the same embedded date.There is no facility for me to alter the date that is showing. (and it’s incorrect).  Is the issue at my end - something in docusign I can adjust ?  Or at the sender’s end ?

I need help. I am stuck in a loop with he chat about about getting to a support expert as it keeps telling me to sign in and submit a support ticket, but when I do sign in and got to my tickets I can see I had a ticket a year ago, but nowhere to click to submit new ticket. then I tried saying I couldn't log in and it says go to get support and fill out the support form that anyone can submit, and thats nowhere to be see.so for the love of patience, can any please help me get in touch with support directly?

Hello!  We currently do not have the box checked to allow recipients to withdraw their consent if they decline to sign so am thinking they would need to log into a DocuSign account they crated.  Where in the account can is the withdraw consent found?  Can they even withdraw consent this way?  Is it possible to restrict recipients from being allowed to withdraw within DocuSign so the only way they could is by emailing the Credit Union?  

I received a request\question from a user - “We are working on a project where we spend weeks and weeks copying information from Excel to DocuSign. We were hoping there is a better way”.I have a meeting with them to discuss the particulars but want to get ahead of the question.Is there a better way? 

Hi,  would it be possible to display a another document to the signer when they select yes for specific question? So the document will not be displayed by default but only when selected. I know how to create conditional field but I do not know how to attach the document to it from the envelope.  Thank you in advance!

A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page.  The user entered his email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company Login’.  Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page.  Any idea what is causing this?

I am trying to change my e-mail address.  I keep receiving an authentication code but it is not being accepted.  I ask for another code, the same code comes and again does not work

The email address I used to register is invalid and I cannot get the verification code. What should I do?

Hello, I want to hide the download & print button from the post signing experience screen. I have updated the signing resource XML file by marking DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload & DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint as false. (referred : DocuSign Signing Resource File Guide)As mentioned, these buttons won’t be hidden from recipients who hold an account within DocuSign but I’m able to see the Download & Print buttons on the popup window & don’t have an account within DocuSign.Any help appreciated.Regards & thanks,Mehul Shah

When I drag the date signed field onto my document the format does not conform to the settings in my profile 12/11/2024, it instead fills with 11/12/2024.  I’ve changed the format everywhere I could find but it doesn’t work.  I’m on a global corporate account and I feel like it must have to do with some admin setting I can’t change forcing a European format. The admin has no idea what to do to fix it, any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks

One of my contracts only has 6 days till it expires, how can I change this if it’s already been sent? Nobody has signed it at this point.

We have set up envelopes to expire in February 2025.  However we are getting witnesses say the links have expired before they get a chance to view - any ideas how we change this? Thanks 

Is there a correct way to use the DocuSign Connector for Power Automate with Web Forms to be able to ingest the form fields after a Web Form has completed its submission? Is the only way to map all of the form fields to custom envelope fields and then trigger off the signature event of the associated envelope that is created after the Web Form is signed? Our goal is to ingest that data from the Web Form to create downstream actions like create a CRM record.

hi,I’ve been letting users know they need to update their email addresses, by going to the “manage profile’ option, then update email option. There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable.  She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address.   The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”.  When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ?Thanksmaggie 

i can not get docusign to accept new password.  My keys work but no passwords

I am unable to access ANY support from DocuSign. The phone system refers to the online system but when I go to the online system, I never receive an option to request a callback or submit a ticket. This is outrageous - who can I speak with to get support around a purchase/billing issue?

Is there a way to disable the Delete option for document(s) that has been sent out?
