We have a client that received her SMS code, but she’s not able to enter the code to get into the envelope.  Any ideas on what her problem could be and how to help her get the code entered?

To "enter the SMS code in a DocuSign envelope," you would open the DocuSign notification text message you received or email for the envelope you need to sign and then paste it into the designated field on the DocuSign website when accessing the envelope
