I understand that when you use the PowerForm URL, it results in an unfillable PDF, and you receive a ‘completed’ email notification. To do so effectively, I have a few questions that will help me better understand the situation and provide an accurate resolution.

• Is the problem the same when you send a test envelope to yourself using the template?
• How many recipients do you have, and what actions are required from them (for example: Needs to Sign, Needs to View)? Is there a specific Signing Order?
• Have you verified that the fields in the template are correctly assigned to the recipient/s?
• Could you please describe the step-by-step process you did and the behavior observed after accessing the Powerform URL?
• Can you create a new Powerform from scratch using the same template to determine if the issue persists?
