You cannot change the phone number registered for 2FA if you no longer have access.
You may try setting up other method for 2FA or see if this allows you to add phone number.
"It is best to update your security information before losing access to registered phone numbers, authenticator apps, or emails in DocuSign. This is crucial for authenticator apps, which become key if you lose or replace your device. Losing access to all registered methods means no account access."
