Signature Status

With the last DocuSign update, I’m no longer able to see where my document is in the signatory process when hovering over the blue line below.  In the past, you could hover the mouse over the blue line to see who was next in line to sign.  This feature is no longer working on my end, and I have to open each document to now see the status.  Is anyone else having the same issue?

Document Passwords Requred?

When I send a document after they have signed to my clients they are being asked for a password to open?  I can’t find where to unclick that option? This is new in the last month, I’ve used Docusign for years, anyone else experiencing this?  When I call they have no idea what i”m talking about.  HELP

Subscription issues

Ive used the free version of Docusign and very happy with how its been going. I wanted to purchase a subscription for more envelopes but for the last few days every time i try purchasing it, it states that there was a problem with the purchase and to try again later. Nothing seems to work how do i fix this?

Document retention policy topics

If the retention policy is activated today, and set for 90 days. The expectation is that on day 91, the documents in the system will be moved to the purge queue.Now based on the above process, we need DocuSign to clarify the following 2 scenario:Scenario 1:If the retention is set to activate in 90 days from today, and a user completes a signed document in day 60, does that imply that this document will be retained in DocuSign only for 30 days, or from that 60th date, the document will have 90 days retention, meaning that the retention applies based on the date each document is completed.   Scenario 2:If the retention policy is activated today, and set for 90 days (which is Aug 18th), what happens to documents entered into the system and signed after (90th date) the last retention date ( for example: 5 day after (Aug' 23rd) or 30 days after (Sep' 27th)), will these new documents be automatically sent to be purged, or the 90 days starts counting individually for the new document dependin

Make one of out many text fields as being required

I have three text fields. I want to set it up such that the recipient has to fill at least one of those three fields. Is that possible?Those three text fields are themselves conditional on a radio button value, but I imagine that should not make a difference.

How to wrap signature field?

Reminder Notifications for Envelopes that Expire in 24hrs

Hello,Our organization has use cases where we want to send envelopes that expire 24hrs from the time they are sent, and we are trying to see if/how many times we can notify the recipient within that 24 hour time window. Currently I see that the expiration alerts and signing reminders work off of days. Does anyone know of a way to have a 24hr expiration on an envelope and be able to send reminder notifications within that time window? In this example below, if we want the envelope to expire tomorrow we would set the expiration value to 0. In doing so, we I assume we couldn’t use a value like 0.2 for reminder notifications (which in theory would be sending a reminder every 4-5 hours) since that would be greater than 0. Are we confined to using days for reminder notifications and expiration alerts, or is there a way around this? Thanks for the help.

Conditional field issue

We are having an issue with some conditional fields that work with a template.  If we send it out as a template these conditions do not work. If we send it out as a power form it works like it should.  They are pretty basic,  in a dropdown  <5000, >5000, >75k.   When a condition is selected, an attachment tag pops up to be attached.

If I edit the template that is assigned to a Powerform AFTER I copy the URL  do I need to create the URL again?  Like does the edit in the Template change the URL ?

I sent a document to a recipient. They signed the document but it never sent it back to me.

I sent a document to a recipient and they advised me they completed it and sent it back. However, my dashboard still shows that I am waiting for this signer. How to fix?

Is there any default field customization?

Aside from the font size and color, is there a way to change the field’s border and background colors? I do not always want a border and white background.  Also, can such modification be done as a default setting or for multiple fields at once?

eSign Missing Custom Fields

Has anyone discovered any missing Custom Fields recently?We have several Custom Fields we use in our Signature block for years now & all the sudden they are missing in our Non-Prod environment. Have you noticed this type of eSign Custom Field issue? If so, were you able to determine Root Cause or a timeframe of when they went missing.  I’d like to hear from you.

Finastra Deposit Pro, DocuSign and Topaz Signature Pad

We are trying to implement the ability for customers to sign documents generated in Finastra Deposit Pro using a Topaz signature pad.  We have followed instructions from Finastra, DocuSign and Topaz, however when generating the documents in Deposit Pro and choosing to send esign export the documents are being sent to the customer’s email and not the signature pad.  Any help would be appreciated.

Use of Approve button - works on the document but doesn't show when I read it

I want to add an Approve button to my document to collect votes.  I can add it to my template and when it is received (to me as a test) I can click on the Approve link and it shows that it works.  After finishing it returns to me however there is no indication that it was ever recorded - in fact nothing is there.  If I add a signature that always shows up.  I’ve tried a word document and a .pdf with same results.
