Checkbox Action - To Navigate on a Template

Hi ! Is there a way to create an action for a checkbox on a template ? The requirement is when the user clicks the checkbox, then the user is automatically navigated to a different page within the template. Basically the user is asked if they want to complete the application - if they click the Yes checkbox - Then looking to automatically take that user to the start of the application. ( for instance checkbox is on page 3 and the application starts on page 5 ) - - So user would click the checkbox on page 3 and then automatically be navigated to page 5. Thanks for the guidance !

Some issues creating a template

Hi All,I am brand new to Docusign. The main reason I joined was to be able to create a shareable credit card authorization form for our restaurant. This will be used for booking private events. For some reason I am having issues with two fillable boxes. One is for a telephone number and the other is for the expiration date of the card in month/year format. Can anyone help me get these two text boxes formatted for this?

Hello, I have an account number that is an entered field within an envelope.It is being requested that this account number be included in the subject line of the email reminder that is sent to the next signer. Is this possible?I have been looking,but have not found information regarding this. I found how to include a signer’s name in the subject line, but this was not acceptable. Thank you! Salvador

Bulk Send CSV Template Issues

I’ve created templates successfully many time before but I recently created one and once I go into get the Sample CSV none of the data labels I’ve inputted on the form are populating on the excel template. The CSV just has Client name, email, Identification, and Phone number. I’ve done nothing different than I have in the past, wondering if something new changed with the docusign update?

We need the placeholders [[ChangeEmail]] and [[ChangeEmailOther]] for our different organisations and at the moment only the placeholder [[CompanyName]] works fine. Error Verifying Signature on PDF document - Non-EU certificate

Hello everyone,I signed a PDF document with DocuSign to add a trade name to my business in a French government portal, but I received the error:Your signature is not valid:The summary was signed with a non-EU foreign certificate whose certification authority is not included among those defined in the eIDAS trusted lists. Therefore, your signature is not considered valid as we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trusted lists.We invite you to contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature. Somehow, when I purchased a new laptop I ended up with a new account that only gave me 3 envelopes. I have been on Docusign since 2019 with my Brokerage’s account but now I can’t figure out how to log into the new laptop with my old account

Last signatory in order - Unable to start signing process

Hello,I created a document for eSignatures to multiple signatories in an order, all went well till the last person in the order had to sign.On clicking the link, the browser kept throwing the error “Unable to start signing process”. I tried resending the document/email and then copied the link in incognito mode in Chrome but got the same result.Doesn’t work on the mobile either.What can I do to resolve this ?Thanks

Document waiting on one signature. How to send link to that one person.

I have a document with 10 signatures. I am waiting on one person to sign. If I hit resend, will it resend to all signatories or just the one unsigned? Is there a way for me to send the ling to that one person I am waiting to sign? I don’t want to send message to the whole list while only waiting on one person.
