Never experienced this issue before- trying to send contract but cannot drag initials or signatures fields

Are you using the app or the website? If you're using the webiste, are you able to dragand drop the initial and signature fields if you use a totally different browser?

You're welcome. So, you're using Safari, can you clear the cache and cookies and try again or, if you have an additional browser downloaded (such as Chrome) try to access DocuSign in the different browser.
