I cannot drag initial and signatures fields to documents- take multiple tries and hit and miss

Never experienced this issue before- trying to send contract but cannot drag initials or signatures fields

Hi!

You're welcome. So, you're using Safari, can you clear the cache and cookies and try again or, if you have an additional browser downloaded (such as Chrome) try to access DocuSign in the different browser.

Are you using the app or the website? If you're using the webiste, are you able to dragand drop the initial and signature fields if you use a totally different browser?

Hello, I have tried clearing my cache in 3 different browsers and I still can’t drag and drop the signature field (or any other). I also haven’t experienced this issue before. Please advise, thank you
