This error message appeared after the signer tried to sign using Singpass on the 3 separate documents in one envelope. “This envelope contains more than one document to sign. You can only sign one document at a time with . To finish signing, as the sender to combine all documents into one and resend the envelope."  Please advise solution.

This issue arises when sending an envelope using Singpass and the recipient is required to sign multiple documents within the same envelope. Currently, there is a limitation allowing only one document requiring a signature per recipient. If multiple documents require a signature, an error will occur.

To work around this limitation, you have two options:

  1. Merge multiple documents into a single document: This ensures the recipient can sign without encountering the limitation.

  2. Adjust the routing order: Add the recipient multiple times in the sequential routing order to match the number of documents they need to sign. For example, if the recipient is required to sign 3 documents, they should be added 3 times to the routing order, each with the Singpass Signature Type applied. Other tag types can be included without any issues.

Please note that if the recipient is added more than once, they will need to complete the Singpass authentication process separately for each document within the envelope requiring their digital signature.

At this time, the integration is being enhanced to allow multiple document signing within a single session. There is currently no ETA.
