It’s a very simple question, but I just wanted to be 100% sure that I can pay for the "personal" DocuSign account from my company business bank account? The only user on the account will be me and I only need it to sign a few documents here and there.Any help is appreciated! 

When I first downloaded the app on my phone and needed to send a document to get signed I loaded the document and it offered to scan the document and then put put fields where they needed to be.  It only left like 1 or 2 spots open that it didn’t “identify” as a spot to fill in.It won’t allow me to do this again.  Is there something I am missing?  Part of the reason I went ahead with the full version was I thought it was just showing all the things it could do at the premium level.  It won’t let me load a document and it scan it to add the text fields.  I now have to individually place each and everyone one of them.   What am I missing? 

LS wrote: Clients completed a docusign envelope at 1:42pm EST.  The email notification that they completed the document arrived at 10:16pm EST. Also the email notifications that the clients viewed the documents arrived at 10:18pm.     Separately, I recently received duplicate emails of a completed envelope a day or so later.    Is there some sort of issue or glitch occurring with the email notification system?We are still experiencing this.  Yesterday we again received duplicate notifications of completed docusign’s.

Currently, when sending multiple document envelopes to one or more people for signature, multiple emails for signatures are being created.  Even when the same person(s) need to sign in each envelope.  The desired outcome would be to merge these documents together into one email for signature on all documents in multiple envelopes. Is there a way to do this? Thank you. 

We have to capture eSignature on certain document types like Engineering Drawings which could be of size 1 GB. We DocuSign does not support upload of documents beyond 25 mb size limit. Still, we are curious to know if any other customers faced similar requirements from business and how they tackled it?

Hello team, We have a requirement where we have to mention envelope expire date in Subject or in Body of the email, solution I could think of creating a formula field(Deadline) , and using that in Subject (or body). As per regional settings Salesforce date format is DD/MM/YYY , and also earlier regional settings in Docusign was as per USA, I updated to DD/MM/YY, still Date format is in YYYY-MM-DD format OR do we have anyother option to mention expire date in Subject or body? Can anyone please help what could be the issue here?? Thanks

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible for a recipient to cancel their signature as long as the sender has not signed it yet. I would also like to know how to access my trash, as I thought clicking delete would cancel my signature, but I found out that was not the case.

Hello everyone!I am generating a document using DocuSign CLM. I have a text box field in the intake form and am using a Rich Text Merge Tag in the Word template to display it.Is there a way to eliminate the extra spaces in the text box field within the document? For example, if the user accidentally inputs unnecessary spaces or paragraphs at the top or bottom of the actual content in the in the text box field.It would be a big help if someone could assist me with this.Thank you!

How do I obtain all my saved emails from my docusign database? Or access it to clean it up

We have been using a PowerForm for some time that has two pages (a termination form with sensitive personnel info, and a notice that goes to IT with information about the term). There is one “signer” (the manager completing the form) and one “recipient” (IT who just receives when completed). We have visibility set up so that IT only gets the notice, not the page with sensitive info. It works perfectly…We are trying to set up another envelope with multiple documents (offer letter, benefits information, background authorization release forms, pre-employment drug screen info, and a notice to IT about the new hire) with three “signers” and two “recipients.” In this scenario, I’d like for all the signers to only see the pages they have to sign, and the recipients to only receive the relevant pages (again, those without sensitive information). I cannot get visibility to work with this envelope when I set up the PowerForm and am reading that visibility shouldn’t work with PowerForms

I had a real estate contract signed by a seller last week, and was getting to it today to sign it on the buyers said, and it now says the link is expired for security reasons, and it’ll resend it, but my email is not receiving another email from them. What should I do? I need to get this signed on my part.

I was completing some camp forms and saved to finish later.  Now they are gone.  When I try to reopen from the emailed invitation it says the forms have already been opened.  I press the yellow “Go to Signing” button and get an error message.  This has happened multiple times.

Hi, We have the eSignature Business pro with 1 seat, which I am currently using. We want another person to also use as well. But, without being able to see each other’s documents sent for signing. Is this possible by adding an extra seat and user? Or how can this be done?

AFTER MY TRIAL I PAID TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. I PAID 15 DOLLARS, I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION BUT THE PLATFORM STILL SHOWS A MESSAGE THAT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. NOW THE AMOUT THAT SHOWS IS 45. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN 45 MORE?  PLEASE HELP 😭  I HAVE TO SEND A DOCUMENT ASAP

When I’m listed to receive a copy from DocuSign, it’s not showing up in my completed list, is there a way to have this updated to where all documents show up in the completed file even if you do not need to sign?Thanks,Linda

My client signed a document through docusign that i´ve sent. The ICP-Brasil certificate was mandatory for the signing. So my client shouldn´t be able to sign the document without the certificate. Although he signed the document with the certificate, i can´t validate it through docusign. What are the possibilities for ICP-Brasil certificate validation through docusign?
