I am unable to find the ‘Enable Witness’ option in the Sending settings. Can someone help?

You can turn on the feature eWitness by accessing eSignature Settings > Sending Settings > Enable Witness Signing (under Recipient Roles).

 

If you can’t find this option, maybe your account does not have this feature included. Usually, this feature is included on Business Pro plans and above. To check this information, we recommend you to open a case with Customer Support and ask them if it’s possible to enable it in your account.
