Hello, How do you get a copy of the validation/authenticator form after you get a complete signed document?

Hi @Sandy L !

The Certificate of Completion (CoC) provides identifying information about the envelope and complete details of the envelope events. This certificate is available to almost all transactions, and you can download it by accessing your Docusign Account or through the Completion Email notification.
