There weren’t recent changes that affect how signers view more envelope information (including recipients). Could you provide more information about the challenge you’re handling?
When it's a recipient's turn to sign, they can view the participants in a flow by logging into their Docusign account and clicking on the envelope to see more details, or while signing accessing by clicking Other Actions > History.
