Is there a way that I can update the settings that I have previously configured or do I just need to create another configration and delete the previous one? Seems kinda tiring to keep on creating and deleting if you only need to update a previously configured setting

Thanks for the reply Christopher, currently using DocuSIGN Retrieve 3.6.9.0

I recommend you upgrade to the latest version of Retrieve.  On that version, you should be able to save the settings and use it as needed.   On the new version, the configuration is more intuitive, and you can save the settings based on your use case.

The current version is 4.2.1.  Docusign Retrieve 4.2
