Teams - I tried to follow the below steps to set up notifications within CLM but I am not seeing the same thing that it shows in the documentation.  From the below instruction, all I see are notifications for Slack which are also greyed out (not a big deal, not using Slack).  I am an organizational admin so should have access to determine notifications but also want to make sure the configuration is correct for the end users. ===================================================You can configure your task preferences in your Docusign CLM account. Question 1:How can I filter specific documents from a list retrieved by folder path using Document IDs?I’ve successfully listed all documents by folder path (e.g., from SpringCM or a similar document management system). Now, I need to filter only a few documents from this list using their DocumentIds. What’s the best way to achieve this efficiently—should I filter after fetching all, or is there a way to apply the DocumentId filter while retrieving? Question 2:How can I attach a generated document to a Salesforce record using the Attachment object?I have a document generated in Springcm workflow , and I want to save it to the Attachment object. I’m trying to set the content in Attachment.Body, but I’m not sure about the correct way to handle the content format (e.g. Blob) and associate it with a record (ParentId). Could anyone share a working example or best practices?

Is it possible to use DocuSign CLM to implement the following workflow?Send an email with a questionnaire to the client. Then, receive the completed questionnaire back from the client. Based on this information, we need to determine if it is necessary to generate agreements that control regulatory risk with the client, which would involve creating documents for negotiation that establish a joint course of action moving forward (a parallel contract). What functionalities of DocuSign CLM could facilitate this process? Many thanks in advance!Sam

In the context of CLM, if I receive a new contract from a party with whom I already have multiple existing agreements, can the AI-Assisted Review feature automatically reference those previous contracts and highlight any inconsistencies or deviations in the new contract?

Through testing, at the send for signature step, we set the ‘From’ as myself but now as we are getting closer to moving to production, I want to move it to be the actual submitter of the request.  Is there documentation that would show me the best way to do that or is there another best practice I should consider?

Is it possible to shrink the document size in the new Document Review window? Our reviewers would like to be able to see more than one paragraph at a time! The only thing that has worked so far is shrinking the zoom for the entire webpage which then makes it hard to see the attributes, etc. Thanks!

Hello,In our CLM Workflow, we use the “Email Document” step to send documents to clients. However, we’ve noticed that if a client’s email address is inactive or invalid, no notification or bounce-back message is received on our end. The workflow continues executing as if the email was successfully delivered, which can lead to important communications being missed without our knowledge.Is there a way to receive delivery failure notifications or handle such cases more effectively within the workflow?

Our customer is looking to utilize the AI ‘standard attribute’ fields as they are in document generation.  I know as part of the edits later in the workflow those can be added, but is it possible to have those fields loaded in the document generation stage, along with other custom attribute fields?

Hello, all! I have created a Workflow Overview report in my Docusign CLM environment. This report is for a rolling date of 1 day and should show results where the Status is Failed. In most instances, this works, but some failed workflow instances are not returning on the report (even with an increase in the date range). Are there any reasons why this might be the case? In looking at the Docusign Support documentation for Workflow Overview Reports, I see that “[workflow] reports include only workflows that contain human steps,” but my workflow contains several human steps. We have even tried modifying the workflow to include a human step BEFORE the point of failure, but the failed instance is still not returning on the report.

I have two independent workflows, one for generating a contract and another where user can upload the document and some routing logic. Is it possible to have the second worflow’s docgen config’s document to get populated from the first? It contains some additional fields user needs to fill but I want the uploading to happen automatically. I was looking into “Create or Upload Doc” step but have not been successful yet.

Hi Guys,Quick question, I’m looking at a task that was uploaded a while back, the status says it’s in a queue for legal review but then when I look at the status in the folder it says the task is not currently in a workflow, why would that be? 

Dear all,I am exhausted.I am working on the workflow. One of the steps is review and send for external review. It was working fine until it...stopped.When the Review and Send for External Review step is executed, you can define the email address and email content... all required fields are completed and the result of the step is Canceled - Invalid recipient. It does not matter which email address I use. It can be one from the directory (choose one of the account users) or a completely different external one - tested and works - the result is the same. The same happens when I use the "Send for external review" feature manually from the document preview level, the feature simply does not work.I have access to another account and everything works there and I really know how the feature works. I have also used it hundreds of times.Any idea? Any settings for recipient verifications or so? BestTomasz

With the new CLM update, I am not longer able to filter or sort the User list or Group list in the Admin portion of DS. I am also unable to search for a Group name. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

We have been using the CLM API - GET Document with Params [expand = AttributeGroups] and it has returned successful result with the information/response coming in the JSON properly. The endpoint used was like this - https://apiuatna11.springcm.com/v2/{accountId}/documents/{documentId}?expand=AttributeGroupsAll of a sudden from last 2-3 days ie, since Monday(May 12th) of this week - it has broken. We reviewed the Documentation and it does not provide info about any updates ?  Has anyone seen this type of behaviour ? thx

We have a use case where, when a contract end date is updated, we create new reminders based upon that new contract end date.  We have no way to delete reminders associated with the old contract end date.  The Delete Reminder step doesn’t work because we don’t know the old contract end date after it has been changed.  There are a couple enhancement possibilities that could alleviate our pains in this area:Create a new workflow step “Get Reminders” or Allow us to create a JWT so that we can call the CLM APIs using the HTTP Client workflow step.  Currently, we can use the HTTP Client step with a JWT, but once the JWT expires, we have no way to retrieve a new JWT. Create a new workflow step “Create JWT” or Whitelist System.Security.Claims and System.Security.Cryptography C# namespaces so we can create a JWT in C#/expression builder. Hi all!  Does anybody know how to have someone upload a document through document generation and then be able to preview that document in the very next window once it uploads into docusign CLM?  Step 1:  Then  I am not sure once this step is completed how to get it to be “previewed” automatically?  This is all done in CLM.

We have few hundred forms signed and submitted by our customers. We need to upload these forms to individual customer’s files. Is there an easier way to download all these forms then upload them to the 3rd party Data Entry Center to upload one customer at a time. Thanks

Hi all, I have a library of MS-Word documents outside CLM, with each document containing a description of a product.For example:Product_A.docxProduct_B.docxProduct_C.docxand so on. I have a Salesforce quote which may be selling one or more of the above products. For example, my Salesforce quote has products A and C on it.Today, I have a Doc Gen config which generates a contract document based on the Salesforce quote using a CLM template. I would like to generate a combined document in CLM which would contain the contract document as well as the product descriptions  documents appended to the contract document. In the case of my example: contract document and Product_A.docx and Product_C.docx in one combined document. Is this possible in CLM? What would be the best way to achieve this? Thanks for your guidance!  

When reviewing contracts under CLM, we use Chinese to communicate and include comments in Chinese for each action. However, once the record becomes an executed record, all the Chinese characters are lost in the summary report. This is a significant issue for us. It would be ideal if CLM supported Chinese characters, given that approximately 20% of the global population uses Chinese. I am eagerly anticipating positive news from CLM in the near future.

Our CLM.CM workflows make updates to documents that automatically create a new version of the document. When we get to the point in the process where the user wants to compare versions, they are met with in some instances Version 5 as the “Starting Position”.I understand this is a quirk of our use case that the workflow is making updates that create new versions but is there any way to filter out versions created by the workflow, so that the user is presented with a document that reflects it’s true position.Alternatively, can anyone suggest an acceptable workaround, way of working that gets around this? 

Could you provide an example of how to prepare an ‘ETL configuration XML file’ for use in the ‘Excel ETL’ step of a workflow?In my use case, I need to extract a list of case numbers from an Excel sheet and iterate through each case number to copy and move their corresponding documents.
