I hope everyone is doing well.

In the below doc gen form, I have mandatory and option signatories. Optional signatories will only update initials when applicable, however mandatory signatories have signatures, dates etc. I have put the optional signatories as 1st and 2nd in signing order as they will review before the actual signatories sign, however when optional reviewers are not applicable, they are replaced by mandatory signatories in the signing order. As a result, mandatory signatories are only able to update initials. Please advise how can I avoid this. Screenshots below from doc gen, workflow Send for Signature step and template.
