Hello,

I am currently working with DocuSign CLM and would like to customize the task view for users.

Specifically, I would like to ask:

Is it possible for individual users or administrators to add custom attribute fields (such as “Transaction amount”, "Document Type" or "Requested By") as columns in the task view?

Any guidance you could provide on this setup would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is not possible and you can only select from the columns available under “Customize columns” to the CLM task view layout.

Many customers use the task name and the info field to more details to the task automatically from the workflow to include document type, amount, requested by or other meta data that is useful for them.
