Salesforce integrations error

Starting yesterday, we started getting an error with our Salesforce integrations. Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails.Error is in expression '{!loadEnvelope}' in component <apex:page> in page dsfs:docusign_editenvelope: (dsfs)An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dsfs)The connector is showing active and permissions are correct, I can't figure out why we're getting this error and how to fix it.Does anyone know what would've caused this?Thanks,

Docusign Gen Templates" stopped generating Documents in SFDC.

Since last few hours "Docusign Gen Templates" stopped generating Documents in SFDC. It showing "It’s taking a little while to generate your file(s). If you’d prefer to check back later, you’ll find the files under the Files tab in Salesforce."

Allow filed updates when envelope sent from a record not owned by the user.

Our use case requires team members to be able to send an envelope from a colleagues opportunity without the need of teams / changing owners.The envelopes can be sent without issue, however the field update fails. We are not wanting to grant Opp Teams or complex sharing rules.I am assuming there is a custom setting we can invoke to bypass this? As the package appears to be using user record access rather than a system permission to update the fields.Anyone found a way around this?

"The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."

I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

eSignature for Salesforce - Deployment process

I am new to DocuSign admin, but our eSignature solution uses apex toolkit to automate the generation and sending of DocuSign envelopes. To deploy the solution to production, the apex class could be deployed, but would the DocuSign Envelope Template have to be recreated in production manually?

You are not authorized to access the envelope.

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. What gives?Reproduction steps:1. Go to Docusign Setup in Salesforce2. Click on eSignature >> Configure3. Click on Create a Template4. Name the template5. Select Lead as the source6. Upload a PDF and click on Next7. I saw the demo of DocuSign Gen but I cannot find any other demo videos or documentation on it without Salesforce. We do not have Salesforce or any other CLM. Does anyone have DocuSign Gen as a standalone? Or is Salesforce required?

Is it possible for the recipient to edit their name on the document received for signature from Salesforce?

I could see the recipient can edit the title of him on the document received. Likewise, is it possible to edit their names by themselves on the document received. Let say we are sending a document to a contact from Salesforce whose name is given incorrectly. So the recipient needs to change it to correct one. Is it possible in any ways?

Sometimes our reps want to follow up with a URL link with the DocuSign agreement to encourage the customer to sign. Is there any way our reps can easily access a URL for their sent documents within Salesforce?

How to connect multiple DocuSign Accounts within one company to the same Salesforce environment?

We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you!Benjamin

HelloIs it possible to have the signed documents uploaded automatically to additional objects/records and not only to the object/record which is the source for the document/envelope?E.g. the document/envelope is triggered from the opportunity record; once signed/completed the signed documents gets uploaded/attached to the opportunity record automatically;is it possible that the signed documents also get uploaded/attached to the account record automatically? can this be configured?

What is the conditional logic that needs to be added to template when the field is being pulled from Salesforce?

Example: I'm trying to remove state/province for our EU clients, but I need to to be a required for for out US clients. Current Logic: <Content Select="//State_Province" Optional="true"/> #>We want our US clients to be required to have State/Province, but we don't want this field for our EU clients.

"You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by Docusign Apps Launcher" error

Has anyone seen this issue with Docusign in the Production setup? I set up the user everything is alright. This user 1st time submit for signature, instead of the system requesting for granting access, it hits the error - screenshot straight away. My admin account still can submit for signature. Some suggestions on web says that I have to uninstall the application to re-set the access which is the last thing we want to do for go-live.

Prevent salesforce/docusign users from seeing documents in Salesforce.

We have a typical Salesforce docusign integration. The problem is that all sent documents/envelopes are synced back to Salesforce. Any Salesforce user that is also a Docusign user can switch to the Docusign Lightning App and use the tabs such as "Docusign Status" and "Docusign Envelope" to see any document that was synced back to salesforce. Obviously we don't want all users to be able to see sensitive documents such as offer letters, etc. How can we 1) prevent this data from being synced back to salesforce or ... 2) control who has access? Sort a Dynamic Table in DocuSign Gen

We have a dynamic table inside one of our agreements which pulls in the quote line items from a Salesforce Quote and displays in the rows of the table, which works great, but the rows do not populate in the same order as Salesforce. Is there a way to sort the table by the Sort Order of the quote line items in salesforce so our users do not have to do this manually after generating the agreement?

I'd like to send an envelope to a lead record, how do I add the relevant lead as a recipient?

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".

Upgrade old app version

Hi there.I work as SF admin for a company and I was asked to make sure we are using the latest version of our paid apps. I noticed that our company has an installed package called "DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce", which was last modified in 2018.I used the Download section of this website to get a new version of the app, which installed a new package with a slightly different name "DocuSign Apps Launcher". Can you guys please confirm if there was a name change in the past and I'm getting the same app. Thanks in advance.
