Hi,Is it possible to trigger events based on a specific recipient signing the envelope (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce)?Example: Contract goes to two people a) Client b) Sales ManagerUpdate a salesforce field as soon as the client signs, even though the envelope is not complete. I tried with a salesforce record triggered flow to see if there is any update to the DocuSign Recipient Status record. And a decision to check the Routing order and the Status. So that, I can perform my logic to update the field based on the decision outcome.But somehow it does not work. Can anyone please help me on this? Appreciate your support on this. Thanks!

Hi,We are piloting an upgrade of the Docusign eSignature App (Version 7.2.1) to DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce (Version 6.10.2).Behavior with the legacy eSignature app was for the signed documents to be written back to the DocuSign Status object.  It appears that the behavior in DAL is to write the signed documents back to the envelope’s related object (Opportunity, Contact, etc).Is it possible to change this behavior in DAL?  We have a lot of automation/code relying on the documents being attached to the DocuSign Status object that will need to be changed if we can not modify that behavior.

Use Case:We send out “application” forms from our Contact record in Salesforce. The document attached to the envelope is a tagged template, to be completed by the recipient. With Connect we are populating the form fields back into the Contact record in Salesforce, and the completed document is attached to the record as a Content File. We have a custom field on Content File which is used to categorize attachments that is currently maintained manually after the document is attached.  Question:Is it possible to populate the custom field on the Content File record that is created when the envelope documents are attached back into Salesforce?  Where would we set up the custom field value as it would be different for each document we send out for completion. 

I have created Docusign Gen Templates and added a custom button on the Opportunity object. However when I click on it I get this error:List has no rows for assignment to SObjectAn unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle)Anyone knows what could be wrong?

Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration admins,  We have salesforce/DocuSign integration and i am a salesforce admin in my org. I set up envelope templates via DocuSign Apps Launcher on Salesforce. We have a requirement now to add Access Authentication on the envelope template level and see the available options are SMS/Phone or Access Code as in the attached screenshot   I am looking for a way to make this configuration dynamic by pulling the phone number or access code from a field on the salesforce record, and Docusign sends that code to that client's phone number or email address automatically. Is anybody aware if this is possible or if there is any workaround to do this? I need help figuring out how to report on DocuSign Status within Salesforce and filter by the DocuSign template used. Is there a way to do that with a Salesforce custom report? I can’t figure out how to relate the different custom objects created by DocuSign to do this. 

Hello, I have Rich Text fields on Salesforce that I want to show on a DocuSign Envelope template. The text is not showing as expected but appearing as HTML tags.  This link https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-use-an-Html-block-from-Salesforce-and-pass-it-into-a-Gen-template?language=en_US talks about using “DocuSign Gen” template. I do not have access to DocuSign Gen templates.  How can I pass rich text on a DocuSign Envelope template?

While accessing DocuSign Setup tab getting this error, I have assigned all permission sets which are need and the UserId also matched. After installed I could configure on DocuSign setup and I could create Envelop but after some time getting this error. I have referred many articles and I had done all the steps they have mentioned but still can’t resolve. If any suggestions please let me know, Thanks In Advance.

One of the users from Sender do not want to receive Document Signed alert. If we try to uncheck the alert from email preferences it will be unchecked for all the other senders as well and there is no specific setting for user from admin view.And same alert should be sent automatically to a generic email address for eg. donotreply@test.com. who is not sender as well as receiver. How can we achieve this scenario?

Hello,I have been trying to resolve my issues for several days with searching in the community here and googling. My issue:We have Docusign setup in Salesforce for E-Signature, the data for a custom object should writeback to the DocuSign Envelope Template. This works in Production without issue. However in our Sandbox when the PDF is generated for our Customer to review and complete E-Signing the PDF is blank, and the PDF is not being brought back into Salesforce once signed.I am at a loss. The setup between the Sandbox and Production are the same from my review. I’ve been using DocuSign integration with our Salesforce solution for almost a year now, my experience with it, is pretty painful!It really lacks intuitive performance, you have to change your documents to make it a user friendly experience internally and externally.  DocuSign really should be less about management and more about an extension and ease to a workflow. One thing that is really problematic its making changes to existing templates, I make changes to our forms, add that form, move merge or standard fields to the new form from the old one. Add or move to new sections and then those fields disappear. You have to do back into DocuSign make changes to the template, then go back into Salesforce to make changes to ensure its done correctly. A lot of effort for such a gap for an “integrated tool”    Does anyone know of a smooth and easy way to manage existing templates and when you have to make changes to that existing forms without having to replace

Hello All, I am super new to Docusign and I am a Salesforce Administrator. I have a new user to set up for a docusign generator. I have assigned them all the permissions in SF and created an account for them in docusign.  They stated they received the email and activated the account, which is true since I see the status as “active” on their profile.However, they are still receiving this error code- Am I missing a step?  Not sure where else to go or what to do. I de-activated the account and will try again today. Any insight would be appreciated. 

I am displaying related opportunity line items data in a table using TableRow for an opportunity. Number of rows depend on number of opportunity line item records for an opportunity. I want to calculate grand total of TotalPrice column for all the opportunity line items which are displayed dynamically. As i don’t know how many rows i will get in the table, how do i proceed with the formula field? In formula field set up, i don’t see such option anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi! We are trying to install these two applications in the Salesforce partial sandbox: Docusign Gen for Salesforce and Docusign eSignature for Salesforce, but we only have the option to install them in production. Is this a limitation of the apps, or are we missing something?Our user is an admin in the Salesforce partial environment and has all the necessary permissions.Could it be that we need to first install the packages in production, and then it will allow us to install them in the partial sandbox? We would like to test the functionality before releasing it to production.Looking forward to any valuable information on this.

I need a way to keep the envelopes sent by an ex-employee to be updated when completed, even when the Salesforce user is deactivated.I have tried transferring the envelopes to an existing employee, whose Salesforce user is still active. I republished all these envelopes.Then I deactivated the ex employee. The document was then signed. On DocuSign, I can see that the envelope is marked as completed. But on Salesforce it is still marked as ‘Sent’.Do you have a way or an idea why even after the envelope transfer, it is not updated when completed on Salesforce?Thank you

Hi, I am building out a process that triggers the document envelope from Salesforce and then archives it in a SharePoint site. Is there a way I can retrieve the link to the sharepoint file and bring it back into salesforce? I want to add a link in the Salesforce record to point it to the signed contract. 

I'm getting 'This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.' when I try to add a merge field while creating a template, does anyone know which permission I should add to the DocuSign user in order to make this work?
