Text Box to Fill When Signing- Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign Integration

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

Not sure if this will still work but you were able to create your own place tags and define what they were like a checkbox, textbox or the like.

It would depend on what you would like it to do in terms of writeback to Salesforce.

Is this feature available in docusign free trail org, i cannot see related to salesforce checbox in custom tags
