I have created Docusign Gen Templates and added a custom button on the Opportunity object. However when I click on it I get this error:
List has no rows for assignment to SObject
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle)
Anyone knows what could be wrong?

Hello @Doug ,
Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
Can you try the below?:
In Salesforce, go to Setup > Sharing Settings, and confirm the DocuSign Envelope Template object is set to Public Read/Write in Default Internal Access.
If the linked DocuSign Envelope Template of the Custom button does not exist, follow the instructions to create a new DocuSign Envelope Template to add a new Custom Button.
