Our IT staff is no longer with the company and we are unable to log on to our Docusign account. I need assistance with getting reconnected to our dashboard. Resetting the previous admin’s password doesn’t work as I do not have the answers to his security questions.

Here in the community nobody has access to customers’ account to help in your situation.
Some suggestions:
- The best would you try to contact your previous IT staff team to get the user and password or verify if somebody else in your company has an admin user, in general Docusign always recommend to have at least two admins in the account to help in situations like that.
- Contact your Docusign Account Executive or Account manager (In your contract you can find his/her name)
- Open a case in the support page. To open a case you need a docusign user and password (it is not necessary to be an admin user, a sender user can open a case). The support team can give to you the right directions about what to do.
