I have a DocuSign account. I finished the free trial => I tried to get the paid plan => the payment fails because my account isn’t verified => Support Docs say to re-sign up to get the activation email again => I tried that and it doesn't work => Support Docs say that You can Open a Case at support.docusign.com => You need to log in to support.docusign.com => I get an error when I try to log in. 
 

I have tried everything, but nothing worked.

There is no DocuSign support email nor phone number… Which is very annoying.

At this point, there is nothing I can do other than writing this post. I would like help to activate my account so that I can get the paid account.

You may try performing these troubleshooting steps first.

  • Clear cache/cookies.
  • Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
  • Use Incognito.
  • Try a different device
