I used to have for our startup a paid account. 

I downgraded it and now have it as free account. 

 

BUT we still need the monthly invoices. 

There is no way to get these invoices. Support is pointless as “you need to have a paid account to access support”. 

The documentation shows only how it would work on a paid account.

If you go to the support/get help page and scroll down, there is a link for getting invoices. Did this not work for you?
