We have a use case where, when a contract end date is updated, we create new reminders based upon that new contract end date.  We have no way to delete reminders associated with the old contract end date.  The Delete Reminder step doesn’t work because we don’t know the old contract end date after it has been changed.  There are a couple enhancement possibilities that could alleviate our pains in this area:Create a new workflow step “Get Reminders” or Allow us to create a JWT so that we can call the CLM APIs using the HTTP Client workflow step.  Currently, we can use the HTTP Client step with a JWT, but once the JWT expires, we have no way to retrieve a new JWT. Create a new workflow step “Create JWT” or Whitelist System.Security.Claims and System.Security.Cryptography C# namespaces so we can create a JWT in C#/expression builder. The process is pretty smooth and easy to use, but I’m wondering about the flexibility of “Document Rules” under the “Upload Documents” step. As I understand it, these are designed to give you some conditional logic for dynamically deciding what documents are generated based on field data in the primary object. However, I’m wondering if there is any way to build rules that reference field data from related (parent or child) objects. In my case, the object I’m using is a junction for multiple related objects, so it doesn’t have all the field data immediately available. Hello DocuSign Community,We’re integrating DocuSign with our internal system via the REST API and encountered an issue with controlling permissions in Sender View.What works: We successfully create an envelope via API with attached documents. The envelope remains in created status, as intended. We then create a Sender View (embedded) using the CreateSenderView API call. Our goal:We want the sender to add tabs (fields) for other recipients, but not be able to: Edit or remove the document itself Add/remove recipients Change routing or envelope metadata What we tried:

Whether anchor tags work in PDF generated from EJS templates? Are there any known limitations in parsing anchors in dynamic PDF files? Any best practices for using anchor tabs in a dynamically generated PDF?

I'm trying to create an envelope using a template and then modify it to add Identity Verification. However, the envelope created earlier doesn't overwrite the existing signer role, even though I'm making the request with the same role name.Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to properly update the role?

How can I get DocuSign to stop reformatting my pdf documents when uploading for signature.  DocuSign auto resizes them to be huge or so small they cannot be read.  I just need them to stay at the size they are created.

Every time I create a document DocuSign chooses the color of the signature box.  It is different every single time.  Sometimes it is yellow, sometimes blue, purple, and now they have added pink.  I do not want my signers to see pink boxes on their documents; it is very unprofessional.  I would like the signature box to be the same colors every time.  But I cannot figure out how to change this setting.  All the instructions provided by DocuSign do not help with this and not being able to call a DocuSign rep but have to do15 steps just to ask a question through this silly forum is ridiculous and frustrating.  HOW DO I change the color settings for the signature boxes to be the same every time?

Hi all!  Does anybody know how to have someone upload a document through document generation and then be able to preview that document in the very next window once it uploads into docusign CLM?  Step 1:  Then  I am not sure once this step is completed how to get it to be “previewed” automatically?  This is all done in CLM.

Hi there,Scenario: I have an envelope template 5 recipients, and multiple documents 5-15, the documents contain fields using anchors, multiple fields are repeating inside documents (same Data Label), including fields like SignHere and FullName. Using API a draft envelope is created from template, with fulfilling value for tabs.Problem: Even if the total number of tabs not exceeding 450, while creating envelope we receive error `TAB_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`, when the tabs limit per envelope is 5000.Attempts: When I remove all fields, the creation works. After removing few documents from template (~180 tabs remain) it goes through.Since template creation is responsibility of law department, we can’t limit them in numbers of documents or fields used, (the DocuSign limits are ok)Any ideas how to investigate and what can be the issue of this problem?

I have several documents indicating they will be purged by May 1, 2024.  Is there a way to make sure they are not purged?  I have already changed the record retention/purge parameters but they are still showing they will be purged.Also, I have received individual emails for all of them letting me know they will be purged.  Some indicate I cannot change because I have restricted access (I am an administrator).  I would like to reverse everything in bulk not one by one.

We are creating a template where we are asking all business owners to attach their most recent personal tax returns. We are using the “Attach” field for each signer. However, in testing out the template, it appears that one signer can see the taxes that were attached by another signer. We obviously can’t allow that for privacy reasons.We have the doc visibility setting that requires a signer to have a signing responsibility to view the document, but since these attachments don’t have any signing responsibility, they are viewable by all.Is there any way to hide attachments from all signers, even in the completed documents email?

Good Afternoon - When I logged into my account just now to send an envelope to a client for signature, I had a message on the main page that I do not have access to send envelopes. I have had the ability to send envelopes since my account was opened several years ago. I sent an envelope two weeks ago. What has changed to my account? Thank you for your help.

I have signed but the ‘Continue’ button takes me to this message: “You haven't quite finishedYou haven't yet signed your agreement. We'll remind you again later.”Then it suggests I press the “Review’ button again in the initial email, which I do. This takes me back in and clearly shows my signature and date in the form. There are no active flags to be able to re-sign. The form is complete. I press Continue again and get the same message. This happened after the initial Signature which I customised to my own signature. Then it said I could check the document in Docusign. I clicked on that intending to print the form,  which took me to the Docusign login. I logged in with password and code which brought up some weird stuff which looked like it was for the sender rather than the recipient, but no form for me to review. I logged out of Docusign thinking I would try to print from the email instead. Then got the ‘You haven’t finished’ message. EDIT

I did not receive the email to sign a document (I suppose the other party recipient also dit not). What is the problem here. 

hi i am trying to use/send a template on an ipad that i created on a desktop and when i click on the template from template a box pops and says “ Unsupported Features”  To use this template, please log in with a computer.    Not sure what this is, other templates work fine.  Is there something that i can do to make this work.  I have a service company and would like to have our field techs use instead of paper forms.  thank you 

I recently was appointed to manage our DocuSign eSignature instance, and when doing a review of the users found that I have a few that have left the company, their users are active, before deactivating their accounts need to know what would be the best practice to backup any company document that might be under their user and after having those documents. then proceed to deactivate those user ids.

We try to implement DocuSign in our Sharepoint envirenment.  According to the knowledgebase the first step is:From a SharePoint document library, select ... > Manage Docusign Administration Settings. The Settings window displays in a new browser tab.But i can’t find this on any document library. Any idea where I can find this?Or where I can do this:To use Docusign for SharePoint, a tenant admin must grant permissions to the app. From a document library, select Manage Administration Settings in the Docusign menu and click Grant consent. Thanks.
