I write this question from a different account then the one the question is about… I created and paid for an account per my work email. Got the payment confirmation, but no activation email.When I contacted sales, they can see my account is set on “no paying costumer”, but I did pay!When I try to login I get an email saying there is no account on the concerning mailadres.But sales can't help me and I can not log in to make a support ticket!Help!

I was auto renewed and charged for my account yesterday that I was not intended to, and I haven’t used Docusign for a while. I canceled my account immediately, but Docusign won’t stop my plan till a year later and said I was not eligible for a refund. I was trying to contact the support center to open a case to get refund but found that I was not able to log into the support center. It was extremely difficult and frustrating to follow the online instructions and messages, and it took me hours searching on solutions and I still couldn’t log in to the support center. Can anyone help me from there?

Unable to send for Signature while sending for signature it throwing an error like  Correlation IDICIDU2781Error CodeDOC000630Error DetailsAn error occurred while processing the electronic signature. Contact your system administrator.We have verified the configuration in DocuSign and it looks to be good.Login as Admin and verify no setting missing at dousing, also, we have verified at our end no change still unable to identify the cause. Please do provide your input on this.

My step father passed last year and I am trying to help my mother access a contract on this site to avoid having a lien placed on her home. I have the POA, etc., necessary to do this on her behalf. I tried using the contact support link to speak to someone, but it is impossible.Any help is appreciated.

ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

I just failed a verification and one of the questions was “who have you been associated with?” and a bunch of names to choose from.Am I supposed to remember everyone’s name in my life?Where can I see and correct the data used for this?I had a mail fraud case years ago, so I have no idea how extensive that problem might be.This is irritating, and then just reading a few posts here, it’s actually infuriating. I get why people hate technology - it’s run by corporations that have no clue what they’re doing, and we’re all just handing our data to them without consent. It’s so frustrating.

Hello, I am trying to send over a document for two people to read and sign. They cant read what i have filled out in the document blanks with the “text”tool. they just receive my blank template with nothing filled in. How do i fix this?

I am having trouble changing the default name that is prompted when filling out documents. I have changed the name of the account, but it does not solve the issue. I am trying to change the name of the user in the Admin tab but I am given “An error occurred while getting user detail.”. How can I fix this?

Hi everyone,I’d like to automate a process between HubSpot and DocuSign where a document is sent out for signature to an external recipient (e.g. a client), without me, as the sender, being required to sign it.Here’s the situation: I’m using HubSpot to trigger workflows. I want HubSpot to automatically trigger a DocuSign envelope when a condition is met (e.g. deal stage changes). The envelope should go only to the external signer. I, the internal sender, do not need to sign the document, and ideally shouldn’t have to interact with the envelope manually. I'm concerned because my user is secured with 2FA, and I want to make sure I can still automate this securely. My questions: Is it possible to use the DocuSign integration (or API via middleware like Zapier/Make/Tray.io) to send a signature request without the sender being a signer? Hi there,I'm a Realtor working to create a scalable system for building DocuSign templates with anchor tags — and I’m doing it all on a Mac (macOS). I’m not using Salesforce, just standard DocuSign templates and TAR-promulgated PDF forms. Also, I’m SUPER detailed/overall longer-term goal OCD… I want to do it right the first time and not have to worry about what could go wrong, haha. Here’s what I have and what I’m hoping to accomplish: I have downloaded black TAR forms (PDFs from zipForm or Texas REALTORS) I need a software that I can add white text anchor tags (e.g., \seller_signature1\) Copy/paste multiple anchor tags or text boxes at once to save time Export the final doc as a flattened PDF with embedded/burned-in, searchable text so DocuSign automatically detects the anchor tags I know that Preview on Mac works — anchor tags show up in DocuSign — but it’s painfully slow. 04.02.2025Good evening.I am hoping that has run into this same issue & can provide some hints or actions on how we can resolve this issue. We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization.The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. Years back when I started with DocuSign it took a bit of time to set up the profile/branding, etc. for my e-signature documents. I unfortunately had no use for DocuSign last year so plan to cancel my subscription for now. My question is - Will my profile remain in the system so when I go back to DocuSign down the road and pay again I don’t have to start from scratch? Or will I need to create a new user account in the future and do the whole set up again?

I recently logged into my Docusign account on my iPhone. I then received an email with a verification code. Which I entered and logged in like normal. Then later I was sorting through some spam emails and I noticed I had emails from Docusign in my focused and other tabs. So I decided to go back and check the actual email address which was. dse@camail.docusign.net  Which is somewhat suspicious looking. So I checked Grok and did a google search but can’t find anything that verifies it being a legitimate email used by Docusign. Can anyone verify if this is a legitimate email or not? If it is a phishing email that provided me with a verification code which actually logged me into my account does that mean my accounts compromised?

Want to confirm my understanding of envelopes - I see that once something is signed it’s counted as an envelope, but want to confirm, once sent, it’s all still counted, whether:voided declined expired not completedMany thanks! 

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? i have docusign production account. can with one app created in it. is there an option to create another app ans use it to send envelopes.but app1 and app 2 callbacks should not overlap with each other

Hello - I am trying to reach business support but there is a message that pops up saying my account does not qualify for it. I have business pro. 

I have a customer that has asked me to build a template with 1 recipient. That recipient may or may not be able to answer all the questions in the form. If they can fill out all the fields, then the envelope would be complete. If they cannot answer all the questions, they would like the ability to forward or assign the remaining fields to another recipient. The next recipient should receive the partially completed envelope. The Assign to Someone Else option erases all previous responses. Are there any options in DocuSign that can accomplish the ask?
