i was logging in to submit my other complaint when i missed a required field. i went back to fill it in to find that all my fields had been cleared. please do not do that. using Microsoft edge

hi thanks for replying, i both send docs for signing and sign documents myself. only tried it on MS edge

I tried reproducing the issue on my end, but I did not encounter the same problem. Please try following the troubleshooting steps below for Common Issues.

  1. Log Out and Log Back In

    • Select your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Choose Log Out from the drop-down menu.
    • Close your browser window and open a new one.
    • Visit the DocuSign account to log back in.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies

    • Follow the steps specific to your internet browser to clear cache and cookies.
    • After clearing, return to your Docusign account to check if the issue is resolved.
  3. Use Incognito/Private Browser Window

    • Open a new private or incognito browser window from your browser's settings menu.
    • Navigate to Docusign within this new window.
  4. Try a Different Browser

    • If using one browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge), switch to another (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari) to see if the issue persists.
  5. Try a Different Device

    • If experiencing issues on a Windows computer, attempt to access Docusign from a mobile device or another computer.
  6. Use a Different Network

    • If possible, switch to a different internet connection to determine if the issue is network-related.
