Hello! We're using DocGen for Salesforce for our documents, and everything is working as needed except for having custom input fields be pulled into the doc before sending.We have Signature Placeholder fields for s1, n1, d1, etc, and those all work great when sending the document (which is connected to an envelope). We also have Custom Fields with anchor text set-up the same way, but when we go to send the document, it automatically adds the Signature, Name, Date, etc fields for signer input, but the custom text fields are not added until I drag them into the 'Prepare & Send' pane. Once I drag them in, the Autoplace that is set-up does put them where it should be putting them, but I cannot figure out what is missing to cut out this step of dragging the custom field in. I don't want the eventual senders to need to remember to do this for all the custom input fields every time.Thanks!

Hello Everyone, I have a webform that I created from a template, and its working pretty well. The problem is that when a user is done prefilling the information at the end of the process when they are viewing the form the button on the side says “start” and takes the person through every required field even though the information is already filled in there. Is there a way to either change that to “review” or maybe just have it set to finish if all of the required information is already in there?

Hi,I’ve deleted my old signature from Preferences > Signatures, and created a new one. However, when signing documents, the old signature still appears and the new one isn’t selectable.I’ve tried logging out, clearing browser storage, using Incognito mode, and switching devices—but the issue persists.Could you please help me remove the cached signature and enable the new one for use?

We would like the ability to add more columns to our reports at our leisure.  Management needs the reports dates on the Account Identity Authentcation Report, but the dates are not an option.

Hello, In my Django app, we can create and edit a docuisgn template internally. I am using the embedded url. It works great, but there are a few tweaks. Safari does not like iframes for example. And the return url in dev mode can be a challenge. But in production it works. I am looking to harden the approach. I have added a few things like a side bar menu to help with guiding people through the process. Stuff like that. Does anyone have an experiences with this approach that they would like to share? thank you. Paul.

I am developing a React Native application where I need to implement document signing functionality for PDF files. The requirement is to allow users to upload a PDF from their device and sign it using DocuSign. However, I want to achieve this without creating or managing an envelope in DocuSign.Is there a way to directly sign a PDF document within my React Native app without involving the envelope process?

Hi DocuSign Community,I’m exploring a specific use case and would love your insights. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I need to send a form to a customer with a text field they can fill in. Once the customer fills in the field, it should lock automatically so they can’t edit it further. Additionally, I (as the sender) should not be able to view the data they entered after it’s submitted. Is there a way to configure this in DocuSign, perhaps using hidden fields, encryption, or other features? If not directly possible, are there any creative workarounds or integrations that could help achieve this?Thanks in advance for your help! I am trying to access a document I signed May  3 this year 2024.  I have the original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link page.  I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have checked spam.   I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available.  I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link provided by the request loop.Been at least three hours since first requesting a new link.Is this normal?AK

Hi - How do you add your manager’s electronic signature to a DocuSign document - if they are sent a Docusign document from an external entity?  I have received a few of these but havent been able to add their signature for them, is there a way to do this?  I havent used DocuSign before - just using the 30 day free trial to try and work this out! I am working with conditional routing: I have a selection that if checked, adds a recipient to the standard workflow (set up as a conditional routing group). If the box is not checked, it does not have an alternate- it should just continue the standard workflow to the next recipient.Is there a solution for this?

Our company has two Docusign accounts, one of which is linked to Ironclad. Periodically, at random periods, the integration goes off and any signature process is stopped. We are obliged to log on to Docusign and relink the two apps. This behaviour is not normal, since a link validly affirmed should be permanent. If there is a periodic reset for whatever reason (e.g. security) this should be clearly stated so that the relinking of accoints can be made object of a procedure to ensure uninterrupted functionality. The issue is critical as it interruprs workflows and prevents the signature of contracts. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I recently started using the DocuSign CLM tool and created a document generation form, linking it to a workflow through Configurations. While setting up the workflow, I successfully connected the configuration, and the fields created in the form were populated as XML variables. However, when I added new fields to the form, they were not automatically reflected in the workflow. Is there a way to ensure that new fields added to the form are automatically updated in the workflow?

Dear All, I have tried to create a DocuSign account. However, for doing so a contact phone number was requested. The system did not accept the general phone number of our office. It seems that a mobile number is needed to which the system will send the verification code. I wanted to ask if there is an option to create an account without a mobile phone number. Thank you!
