We understand your need to test and demonstrate the full Remote Online Notarization (RON) workflow prior to production, specifically enabling the video session and recording feature within your demo account. We're happy to provide guidance and clarity on this process.
While most features can be enabled in a Demo environment via customer support, configuring a Demo Notary account for RON requires assistance from a Notary Onboarding Consultant or Professional Services (ProServ). This configuration necessitates an enhanced production paid plan.
