It is unnecessarily cumbersome that the new update requires Admin to type a user’s entire email address in order to locate their account. This is hugely inconvenient and does not make sense. We have employees with varying email domains (e.g., @********************.com vs. @eu**************.com), and there’s no intuitive way to identify which domain a specific user has without first referencing our internal directory.Additionally, employee names can be difficult to spell or may not match the format of their email addresses at all. For example, **************y’s email is “*******@**********.com,” which doesn’t reflect his first name, making it harder to locate him without knowing the exact email.Another example would be a search for a name such as Deb. “Deb” should produce results like ““*****

Despite cancelling my paid subscription back in March 2025. Docusign decided to continue to charge me. I jumped through many hoops of fire, including getting Paypal involved, when Docusign charged me last month. After getting ym refund and believing all was settled (because Christina from Docusign TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET IT HANDLED), I have now just received ANOTHER invoice for this month’s subscription.What are they doing over there??? This is theft, pure and simple. Clearly there is some sort of dodgy practice going on which hides behind “technical issues” or whatever other sorry excuse they keep providing. But this is not and should not be the customer’s problem!!I checked, and there is no option to close my account completely. So I need someone from Docusign to do it for me and I need it done now, before any more payment attempts come from my account and I am forced to involve consumer protection and the legal system.Check out Docusign Support C

Dear Docusign team/Community, I have received a contract to sign on docusign. I am able to do login. Successfully signed the document. But in next steps when it comes for ID validation where DocuSign agent comes online on webcam and check for your ID, I am showing my Belgium Resident card and it was told by agent that, This is a newer version of Belgium ID card which is not updated in docusign system and asked to connect in docusign support.Please help me on resolving this.

After Logging into my account I get sent to the Profile page.I can’t find the envelope page, where you send documents out for signature.Did it 3 times and ended up in the same spot---the Profile page.Please help.Chilia

DS eSignature legacyI need to create a DS custom field, related to Salesforce.In DS Admin, I go to the menu 'Document Custom Fields' for a Field Creation.I check ‘relate to Salesforce', choose first the object, and then look for my field.But my SF field does not appear in the list, and I do not know why ! In SF, the field has good Field accessibility (I have checked accessibility/visibility for my user profile). I can see the field in SF. Do you have any idea ?

Hey there, I’m currently using the composite template feature and combining a template from users docusign account with a generated contract, but that document sends together as a one single merged document. I want to send these 2 documents separately how can I do that? Is there any setting of some sort to handle this?

In the context of CLM, if I receive a new contract from a party with whom I already have multiple existing agreements, can the AI-Assisted Review feature automatically reference those previous contracts and highlight any inconsistencies or deviations in the new contract?

Hi,I’ve registered an account for a free trial version through this link https://trial.docusign.com/en-GB, however I now realised that it’s not the account I need. I wanted to open an indefinitely free account to be able to store, fill out and sign PDF documents. The one I created is for sending documents and fetch signatures. I did not know that there are different versions.When I’ve found the other version here https://www.docusign.com/free-account and I’ve tried to register it said I already have an account. However, with my current account I’m unable to do what I originally wanted to use docuSign for (upload a PDF, fill out ans sign), and I’m unable to delete my trial account to start the process again from scratch.Any suggestions, how I can solve this?

I’m creating templates from documents supplied by our 3rd party partners.  Is there a way to force auto-navigation to pause on a specific page so I can alert the recipient that he/she might want to review some optional fields on that page?  I’ve tested with every Auto-Navigation option and they either skip over the page I want to pause on or they pause on EVERY page (our documents have quite a few boilerplate pages that most recipients would rather skip).  Also -- I cannot put a checkbox on the page with “I have reviewed all the fields on this page” as that would add a check to the final document which isn’t allowed.  (We take documents from 3rd party partners and make them DocuSign-able.  Their lawyers control everything about them.)  I submitted a support ticket, but there wasn’t anything the Support Rep could do.  I even enlisted the aid of Grok, but all the solutions either didn’t work or changed the document.  Any suggestions other than a new feature?  I think we need a Bookmar

We would like to remind the Sender if not everyone has signed yet but the voiding deadline is approaching.We tried with powerautomate but in the message we don't get the emailaddress of the Sender, only the name. 

Many time when I sign a document the signature box is not in the correct space for the document.  Is it possible to just move a signature on the document to align with the rest of the text?  If not, it would be a very useful to be able to move the signature where it belongs instead of covering up text in the document I’m signing.

I am new to DocuSign. I created a template using a combination of pre-fill tools and standard tools. I want our intake worker to be able to fill in the pre-filled tool elements (such as client name) before sending it out to the parent/guardian for signature. I tried to test it and I couldn’t figure out how to enter the client information into the field. Any guidance or tutorials would be appreciated. 

We created an app that uses The Authorization code grant (PKCE). I’ve had multiple signers state they completed the document sent to them however I have not recieved the email nor is it showing in DOcusign as having been started.

I have attempted to ask docusign this question directly but they said they can’t reply unless I pay a membership so I’m hoping someone can help.I signed a docusign contract in 2023 and only saw one page and only signed one page. Since this the person that sent me the docusign form claims there were an additional 18 pages that I should have read through too which were the terms and conditions, but I didn’t view them and didn’t sign to say I had.Can someone please explain how a sender of docusign forms would do this? When I view the account now it shows that the page I signed was 1 page. It then shows a second attachment with the other 18pages on which did not require a signature.

For the past week, when using the upload feature, using our linked Google Drive option, the options screen has a bug. We cannot scroll to find documents and the upload box is not working propertly. We figured it would be fixed, but its been like this for a week. 

I need to add completed envelope documents to Sharepoint, however we use Docusign to complete many different documents. I only want to add documents to Sharepoint that are for one specific thing (supply orders). My understanding is that I would need to add a trigger to the “When an envelope status changes” action. The two options I’ve found for triggers are the Envelope Custom Fields and the Document Custom Fields, but we aren’t able to add these to our envelopes or documents at this time.Are there any other options for the trigger? For example, the subject heading for an email? I understand this is not as reliable as the two aforementioned triggers, but I need to find some sort of workaround.

I received a link to sign a document. I attempted to open it as soon as it was received and it says link has expired. The sender has resent the link to me at least 4 times and each time it says it is expired. I created an account hoping the link would come to my account and nothing. I also opened a private window and it is still saying expired. I am not sure what needs to be done. 

Through testing, at the send for signature step, we set the ‘From’ as myself but now as we are getting closer to moving to production, I want to move it to be the actual submitter of the request.  Is there documentation that would show me the best way to do that or is there another best practice I should consider?

How Can I use checkbox class for yes or no option to select only one option. I know how to do it with radio and radio group class. Could  anyone suggest how to proceed it with checkkbox class in c# SDK.
