In order to check what users are still part of our domain I used to download the following lists:
- Users and Memberships
- Domain Users
- External Domain Users

These lists could be downloaded from Admin - Users - Bulk Actions where these 3 items would create a number of files that could be downloaded.

I did this mid August but it seems that when I do this now a number of reports no longer exist. 
The only option I have now available now is the 
- Users and Memberships

The other 2 are no longer selectable and therefore I can’t create them anymore. 
Is this a new feature that I missed?
 

 

 

I do want the other 2 reports to be available...has anyone else noticed these reports have ‘disappeared’? 
Should I raise this with Docusign as an incident?

Any thoughts?

I made a typo I can’t adjust...the title should be “Bulk report missing from the Admin panel”


It seems this is related to cookies. When opening the page in private mode the option is shown and the reports can be requested. I guess this gives a solution to the issue...
