I am an administrator for our organization's DocuSign eSignature account. We previously had access to the "Print & Sign" feature, which allowed recipients to print documents, sign them manually, and return them. However, this option no longer appears in our Admin > Signing Settings or in the Advanced Options when preparing envelopes.Could you please confirm the current status of this feature? Specifically:Has the "Print & Sign" option been deprecated or removed from certain account types? If it has been moved or renamed, could you provide updated instructions on how to access and enable it?This feature is important for some of our workflows, and we would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

I have a DocuSign account connected to tax software. It is used to send signature requests on tax returns. When I receive a DocuSign request from another organization (completely unrelated to my tax work) it doesn’t open the document. I click the link in the email, it goes to DocuSign but I just get a blank screen, the document never loads. I suspect cookies/cache are causing an issue.I’m using a workaround of using a different browser when I need to sign something. I would prefer to be able to do both things in the same browser without having to clear cache and cookies first.I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to more easily use DocuSign in both directions.

I'm reaching out to request assistance regarding a recurring issue I'm experiencing with a DocuSign document I’ve been trying to send.I’ve sent the same document twice using DocuSign, and although all recipients have signed, the signatures are appearing in the wrong places each time. I took care to place the signature fields correctly during setup, but something seems to go wrong either during sending or rendering the document.I would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing the setup or advising on how to resolve this issue effectively. If needed, I’m happy to share the document or screenshots for reference.

Is there any functionality within DocuSign E-Signature to provide a link or attachment to a file type (specifically .xlsx) other than a PDF? I don’t need a signature put into the .xlsx, but I want that file to be able to be referenced in its original format without it being converted to a PDF. Does anyone know how I can go about this?

I am a managing director of a company that would like to test docusign. After trying for an hour to find a way to contact docusign via some sort of contact form or E-Mail I am giving up. It is extremley frustrating to see how customers life is being made difficult for such a simple thing.  Also if you call up the support page you get some cryptic page that you need to loging to “IAM” or “CLM” - no new customer knows what this means and how to get some support.Just as a side note - does the designer of the community registry page knows that all entries in the form are lost when the user name is not available? Another frusttrating experience that you do not expect from a million dollar company. And last but not least we have tried a test contract and wanted to send it to two people - but the contract never arrived on those E-Mail addresses (Spam checked). The latter was in fact the original question that we wanted to ask somebody from support. 

Hi,I'm using the C# Quickstart project for embedded signing with the focused view, and I'm running into an issue when using agent recipients.Goal:The sessionEnd event should trigger when the agent completes their part of the signing session.What's Working: Embedded signing is working for both agent and signer. The ready event is triggered properly. The sessionEnd event does trigger correctly for signer recipients. Issue:The issue occurs only for agent recipients. After clicking the Done button on the completion popup, the iframe shows an error message. “Update document generation form fields from envelope” is not pulling dynamic content. Causes the following error:Action 'Update_document_generation_form_fields_from_envelope' failed: DocGen form fields are not found. I’m getting the error toast Envelope Limit Exceeded when I’m trying to send for e-signature using Docusign.400 - Bad Request ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.I’m using a free account and I have unlimited envelopes in my Account settings. I shouln’t be seeing this error.

Hi all,  I currently operate a business through the EU servers (eu.docusign.net). I’m wondering what options I have when it comes to moving the organisation to the AU servers and what happens to the data:Envelopes Users Webhooks etcIf anyone has any info on the process/how to go about it would be awesome for me :)

I am setting up DocuSign templates and I am getting this error message now:  Some fields might be out of sync. Tab specified was not found. TabId: ab6e329c-0609-440c-8d58-2a6754923cc4. How do I fix this?

Our company has  eSignature Business Pro Edition. Please could you confirm if this version is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulation ? If so, how can I activate it?  Many thanks for your help in advance,PGF

When trying to send a document for signature on my cell, I cannot see the send button..all i can access and see is the word “back”.. No way to make smaller to see.  I am only able to access 1/3 of document.  

Hello! I’m trying to make a web form where students choose their two elective courses with two dropdown fields. I want to prevent them from choosing the same course twice - is there a way to use one field to validate another when neither is a text field? I can’t find a way to do this in the regular template editor either, or with other non-text field types like radio buttons, and web forms don’t seem to support the hidden field workaround. Let me know if this is possible! 

I was using  https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token earlier and it was working fine. But now it stopped working. Getting the error  {   "error": "invalid_grant",   "error_description": "unauthorized_client" } . Can you please check and letm e know what could be the issue ?   

I created a developer account from South Korea. However, about 10 to 15 minutes after logging in, I was forcibly logged out. When attempting to log in again, I received an error message saying the password is incorrect.Although I received the password reset email, the content says:"We received a request to reset the DocuSign password for this email, but no account exists. If you are trying to access a document, please use the link you received in email..."This issue keeps recurring and is preventing me from testing DocuSign APIs properly, which is very inconvenient.Once I receive a reply from the support team, I will provide my developer account email via private message.Thank you for your support.

I sent an envelope to multiple recipients, however it had them all sign one document, not a different one for each of them, where did I go wrong?

Hi,We have a free developer account which we have used to test our application’s DocuSign integration. We have two integrations (Implicit grant and a JWT grant) which both have passed go-live. We have a customer which is slated to use our application with the DocuSign integration enabled.What is the proccess for onboarding a customer in this scenario? Do I have to promote our integration keys into their production environment? We tried to connect the integrations to them via the “Select Go-Live Account” action in our dashboard, but when they entered their production credentials (which is an admin user in the production environment) they got an error.

A contract was sent for signature via DocuSign to one of our directors by the counterparty.However, we also require the signature of a second director on the same document.If I upload the document already signed by the first director into a new DocuSign envelope and send it to the second director for signature, will the original certificate of completion be lost? Or is there a way to preserve the integrity of the initial signature within this new process? Moreover, from a legal standpoint, the three signatures would still be valid, having been collected at different times, by different individuals, and in separate envelopes.! 

Can I make the last-in-time signature auto-populate the agreement effective date? I’ve been told that I can, but haven’t figured it out yet. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello,I’ve been experiencing some documents being sent to customers for signing that are having the following issue.Placing a custom field that is checked as a “Required Field” for the customer. For example entering their Full Name or Date Signed, these fields are coming back not completed. If they are checked as a required field, why is DocuSign allowing them to finish the envelope without completing these fields?Thanks!

Where can I find a date and time of when a fully executed document (signed by all parties) has been sent via email to all parties?

I need to send a simple talent release form to about 20 people. All of the fields will be the same for all the forms: initials, signature, date, etc. I put in all my recipients (Docusign is really lame for making me do so one by one...”yeah you can use our product if you pay us, but if you want our product to be usable, you’ll have to pay us MORE”), and then I added fields to the form. Then I got that message that only one of the recipients will have any fields, the rest will get just a plain PDF with no prompts for initials or signature. And then I tried all the troubleshooting that has been suggested on this forum. I tried the template thing. It didn’t work. I tried to copy/paste the fields from one form to another, change the colors, bla bla bla, and then I went to preview it and guess what?! ONLY ONE RECIPIENT HAD ANY FIELDS EVEN THOUGH I COPY/PASTED TO THE OTHER RECIPIENTS!!! I’ve already spent well over an hour trying to figure out wha
