User can't login-email seems to be blacklisted.

Hello, I have added my colleague to our docusign account and he has never been able to log in, never with “forget password” or using a verification code. It’s as if his email is somehow blacklisted. We can’t figure it out but need to solve it and I can’t get in touch with a real human to help support us. We have a paid subscription.

Multiple comments fields within a template

I have created a template with multiple comment fields. When I upload multiple documents to the template, the comments are not saving distinctly. If I make a comment on document 1 comment field one it will save but when I make a comment in document 2 comment field one the initial comment is then overwritten with the new comment. Is there a way to make each comment field distinct from another?

Withdraw consent

Hello! We currently do not have the box checked to allow recipients to withdraw their consent if they decline to sign so am thinking they would need to log into a DocuSign account they crated. Where in the account can is the withdraw consent found? Can they even withdraw consent this way? Is it possible to restrict recipients from being allowed to withdraw within DocuSign so the only way they could is by emailing the Credit Union?

Document formatting issue when using Dynamic Templates/Template Builder, messing up tabulations.

Hi, New to the forum, have an issue using the Template Builder. I’m wanting to add customer sender fields to a contract document, company name, address etc and can add these easily enough. The document however is text heavy and has paragraphs, bullets and tabulations. When very first loaded in, it looks fine. As soon as I start in the Template Builder, I loose that formatting and things become joined and/or our of line. I see mention of flattening/PDF’ng however unsure how that solves the problem when I’m wanting to add the customer fields as the Template Builder doesn’t support PDF format. Perhaps I can approach it differently or am missing another method? Thanks

I received a request\question from a user - “We are working on a project where we spend weeks and weeks copying information from Excel to DocuSign. We were hoping there is a better way”.I have a meeting with them to discuss the particulars but want to get ahead of the question.Is there a better way?

Free edition - Envelope allowance exceeded

Hi, I've had a Free account for over a year (not the 30-day free trial, just the free account).I have no need to send envelopes, but only to sign.Since yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceededSo far I’ve never experienced any problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download.I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is.As far as I understood from this article (https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US), the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted.Thank you in advance for your support

Require recipients to agree to electronic signature each time

Hello everyone! Is there a way that we can force recipients to have to check the box agreeing to the electronic disclosure every time they receive an envelope. I am thinking it is the 3rd option below (first time viewing each time the recipient appears in the signing order) but when I read the description in the documentation the wording to me wasn’t clear if this will accomplish what we are wanting.

Hi, would it be possible to display a another document to the signer when they select yes for specific question? So the document will not be displayed by default but only when selected. I know how to create conditional field but I do not know how to attach the document to it from the envelope. Thank you in advance!

Not able to access signed document

Hi, Last May, I have received a document to my email and signed the same. However today, when I try to login with that email docusign said I don’t have any account with that email address. So I created a free account with that emai and logged in. But I could not see any documents in that login. How to get my signed document?

Prefill eForm using "Full Page Fill Form" step in CLM

I’m presenting an eForm using the Docusign Full Page Fill Form step. But I’d like one the fields to be filled in with dynamic information (Ie. Workflow variable) from the workflow before presented to the user to complete. Does anyone know what step or process I can use to accomplish this? The Full Page Fill Form provides the ability to choose an eForm but I don’t know how to get the workflow variable data into one of the eForm fields. Thanks.

DocuSign access code prompt & signer fields don't appear when signer is added during the createSenderView step

Hi, all! I’m recently encountering an issue where the access code prompt isn’t appearing for signers that I add during the “CreateSenderView” step of my workflow. Workflow: Person A creates an envelope through an external DocuSign integration and adds Signer A as a recipient of said envelope. Person A proceeds to the sender’s view on the DocuSign site. (This is done using envelopesAPI()->createSenderView()) Person A adds a new signer, Signer B. Signer B is assigned an access code. Person A returns to the external DocuSign integration and creates a recipient view for Signer A to sign. (This is done using envelopesAPI()->createRecipientView()). Signer A is prompted to enter their access code, enters, and completes signing. Person A creates another recipient view for Signer B once Signer A has finished. Signer B is not prompted for an access code and doesn’t see the fields added for them to sign.Note: Person A is authenticated in this integration using OAuth and has a different em

Formulas in templates and impediments to advanced use cases

We are running into advanced use cases in which formulas values allow us to use conditional fields very efficiently. The use of formula fields is introducing impediments. For every template that has formula fields, the “Recipients can edit documents” option is locked and cannot be changed. If a template does not have formula fields, “Recipients can edit documents” option is not locked and can be changed We are now experiencing an issue in which when we have formula fields and “Recipients can edit documents” enabled, we get the error “Unable to create the envelope.” We need the “Recipients can edit documents” enabled to allow for envelope markup. We have also found that formulas in templates and subsequently envelopes do not allow us to correct envelopes. As our use cases become more advanced and formulas allow us to do some things more efficiently, we are finding DocuSign limitations with formulas in templates are making us look to alternatives.

Docusign keeps taking user back to login page after attempting to login

A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page. The user entered his email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company Login’. Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page. Any idea what is causing this?

customizing a signing order

I’m wondering if anyone has successfully solved for the follow sequence via a signing order. This is for job offer letters.Recruiter set as viewer sends to recruiter recruiter views may ask for edits for sender (coordinator) Candidate set as signer should not send to candidate until coordinator makes any edits requested by recruiter. would be ok to send automatically if no edits requested, but this is a nice to have. Currently, our recruiting coordinators are doing this as a two step process. They send the doc to the recruiter set as a viewer. The recruiter replies all good or needs edits. Coordinator makes any requested edits then sends to the candidate set as the signer. Thanks in advance for the help.

Purging documents via API

Hi,I have a usecase where contracts are created using a salesforce workflow through a user and I am trying to purge those contracts via APIs. While purging documents I am getting an error that only the sender can add documents to purge queue.I am purging documents via APIs and docusign does not allow to add API user to act on behalf to docusign Users. Is there a workaround for this which would enable be to purge documents created by other users?
