is is possible to set up defaults on our accounts so that we are not changing every single field when setting up an esignature file? I want to be able to start a file to send to a client and not have to go and change the font and color for every field. it is super cumbersome. 

I have a free docusign account I’ve had for years.  I received a document to sign and imported a signature written on an 8.5x11 sheet.  Sent it back.  It cannot be accepted because the actual signature is too small.So, I need to change my signature.  I cropped it down and am trying to import the cropped signature.  Nothing works.Within the document I need to sign, neither left clicking or right clicking brings up the “EDIT MENU”So, I go to my account.  I log in, and go to my “MANAGE PROFILE”.  No signatures show up.  Only name, address, etc.  I go to my profile and click on “SETTINGS” and there’s nothing there about a signature either. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIGNATURE??? I would be glad to delete my account and open a new one, but I didn’t see the option of doing that except for the 15 day trial.  I’m an individual.  I don’t need to pay to sign documents.  I shouldn’t have to go to all this trouble to esign documents.On the

On startup of the print driver, once it is idle you get a popup notification at the bottom right corner of the screen that says that the driver is idle. This is unnecessary and I don’t see a way to turn it off.

When users go into the document to edit , the compare previous version option at the top of form is always on the document spins through the compare previous version cycle prior to them having the ability to edit..Is there a way to shut this option off?  

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

Good morning.I am working on a DocuSign Template for our HR department and they have a clear demand and that is that they only want 1 DocuSign document will existi with all signatures without those provided a signature having a copy of what they have signed? If this possible within DocuSign.So, for example:HR department fills in a PDF with fields Document is send to department head (for signing) Department head signs and using Specify Recipient  The new recipient (will always be someone from our company) will get the document to sign He signs Document comes back to HR and HR is finally signingNow the wish of HR is that by the end only one document (number 6) exist in Docusign without having any copies of those signed previously the document. Seems to me impossible to achieve but……Thanks.

My free trial expired. I purchased a monthly subscription.  When I logged in after that purchase and attempted to send my document, when I hit send, I received an “account suspended free trial expired” notice.  I have paid for my account. I have the receipt.This is extremely frustrating as I just made the decision to purchase a paid account. There is no phone number or email address to get help. 

I have a confirmed accessible Word document that I have uploaded to a template.  I have made sure all fields have meaningful data labels and tool tips.  I have sent the form to myself so I might test the signing experience with NVDA.  (I am just learning how to use NVDA by the way.)I am able to navigate through the fields just fine.  All of the fields announce properly.  However, there are additional paragraphs that provide important information that are not part of the form fields.  How do I tell the screen reader to read them?  I have tried NVDA + Down Arrow: Start reading from the current position. NVDA + Control + R: Read the entire document. We are sending hundreds of contracts for our clients to sign weekly but we need them to sign with a signature matching their ID. When they once adopt an incorrect signature and we send them a new envelope to fix the signature, they are unable to change it. There’s no way to do it. This is the most basic functionality of DocuSign and users should be able to access the signature adoption window again and update their signature. Online support has not been able to resolve the issue or even schedule a time for a videocall in 3 weeks time and all the community chats seem to not know the answer to this issue either because there isn’t one. This should be an easy fix for your IT department!Can you please create a support article that is plainly for free users trying to change their signature after setting it, and clearly state that this is impossible. Then list the steps for contacting the sender so they can make whatever changes are necessary on their end. It will save many people

Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi, I’m trying to get those fields to place using anchor tags but they come up tiny and not really aligned, am I doing something wrong? 

When trying to sign a document via Gmail or GDrive using the Docusign eSignature for Google Workspace add-on I’m getting “DocuSign encountered an unexpected error. Please refresh and try again or contact support.” error message. Clearing cache, switching network, using a different browser doesn’t help. The add-on  installed by admin and is allowlisted.

HelloI have the Attach certificate of completion in Admin→Envelope Delivery set to disable   However,   i have one use-case using a DocuSign Template,  where I would like the CoC attached to the email is it possible to enable Coc attached to an emal notification only when using a particular template,    while leaving the admin certificated of completion disabled for other users?  

I need some support with something in my account but every time I try to contact support it says that those options are only available to paid users, which I am! I am just going round and round in circles. How can I report the fact that I can’t access DocuSign support as it is saying I am not a paid user (which I am) when I can’t access it!

I am working in DocuSign Gen in DocuSign Apps Launcher in salesforce. Community,Need some help with bulk sending please!My custom fields are not being recognized when starting an envelope, then opening the template, and selecting the csv below. When I download a sample csv, it doesn’t have most of the custom fields that have been created.I’m sure the csv header is not pulling across or formatted correctly.Thanks!                             

"I have around 40 documents in DocuSign, and I'm trying to reorganize them. Is there an easy way to move and reposition multiple documents at once? Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. I paid a monthly subscription to get some documents signed. I did it with an e-mail account that was invited to a team.Today, I couldn’t access that account. I couldn’t reset the password because it says there’s no account associated to my e-mail. So I created a new account with the same e-mail of the one I had the paid version. Now this new account does not show as paid, and my document is nowhere to be seen. I cannot log in in the support center webpage because I get the error from the attached image, so there is technically no way to contact support for me. I tried a different browser, and I also tried incognito mode. I keep getting the same error. It is urgent that i need my document. How can it be that a paying costumer can get no access to support?  

Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals?  Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.  

We have been successfully using the API end-point since around March 2024 with a custom built plugin in WordPress Gravity Forms on our USA server. The custom plugin uses the composer package docusign/esign-client ^6.10 behind the scenes. In mid august we migrated our setup to new server in the EU. Since migrating to a fully patched ubuntu 24.04 server (no java or log4j), using a LAMP stack, all of our API calls get HTTP 444 with the vague error message “The custom error module does not recognize this error.”If we run “curl -v  https://na4.docusign.net/restapi”  on the cli from the new server we receive this response: < HTTP/1.1 444 < Content-Type: text/html< Vary: Origin< X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff< X-DocuSign-TraceToken: c247ca85-1505-4838-9d76-693daec3245d

When adding signature fields to a document since yesterday, the menus stay in place when scrolling. This then means that when you scroll to the bottom of the document, the UI all stays at the top, making it difficult and tedious to add signature fields to the document. Is there any way to resolve this on our end?
