I’ve created a template and have shared that with select colleagues to use. In order to keep track of when the template has been used by the colleagues I shared it with, from my understanding is I should be able to see that in the History (Template→Elipses→History). However, when I click on history I only see my own use history of that template. I am the owner of the template as well. Is there a step I’m missing? How can I view when the template I have created, shared, and am owner of has been used by the users I’ve shared it with?

I have documents with docusign ID, some multiple ID that I signed electronically but did not originate, that I need the histories for court. How can I get this informations?

I created a Maestro flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Maestro steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. No apps appear under ‘Connected Apps’. When I click ‘Browse Apps’ and go to the App Center, GDrive appears as an approved and installed app with active connections.

Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. How are others working around this? Thank you.

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding my account billing.Last year, I went through your automated process as I needed to increase the number of envelopes available on my account. However, without my knowledge or clear explanation, my account was upgraded to two seats. As a result, I have been paying double the expected amount since then.As a small business, these additional charges have had a significant impact. I only required more envelopes and did not request or intend to upgrade to two seats. Unfortunately, when I recently contacted your support team to request a refund or even a partial refund, the assistant I spoke with was unable to assist.I also find that your pricing structure and processes are not transparent. First and las time using this trash.  I just spent $120 to join Docusign because yes it’s a popular and supposedly sure fire way to sign docs electronically but what a mistake!  I’ve been trying to update my email for over an hour now and have had worthless “support” from live chat telling me to just clear my history and change browsers and then try on another device and NOTHING is working except the same repeat repeat error message and then “support” texting every 5 seconds to see if we’re still connected.I’m going to try one last time tomorrow… or cancel and cry fraud on this POS.  If anyone has any similar experience or insights into solving this cluster I appreciate it.   

I have paid for my account and waited the “30 minutes” for set up (have used Docusign for over 15 years so I know what I’m doing). CANNOT ACCESS MY PAID SENDS and get in to a nightmare loop trying to access support. Also their chatbot DOES NOT WORK. Any suggestions?!?!?!

It looks like the new SP cert has a different key from the 2026’s. - The pub keys(modulus) are different.2028 Docusign SSO Self-Signed CertificateOur IDP (Oracle IDCS) doesn’t allow to import multiple signing certs for an SP. It would have been transparent if the cert was renewed with the same key but it doesn’t seem the case. I’m thinking that I might as well tell the business team that we need to react after DocuSign has started using the 2028 cert,  but it’d be great if I’ve missed something and anyone can suggest a way to make the transition without an interruption.

Hi,I've noticed that in the preferences I can set the color of the buttons that appear in emails.  But then there are the buttons that appear to the client on the DocuSign website when they go to sign.The buttons have a dark gray background and black text, making them unreadable. Where do I change this color? Thanks!Francesc

Hi all, I have 22 users set up on our business account with one person receiving an error message when uploading to an envelop to say the file size exceeds 25mb. However, a different user on our account seems to have been able to send it without any issues whatsoever. They are both trying to create the envelop in the same way so not sure what is happening. Any advice or suggestions as to why this is happening. They both have exactly the same set up re permissions etc.Thanks in advance!Katie

Good morning! Has anyone encountered the attached warning / notification before Please? I asked DS Support and they told me it could be either an incorrectly formatted mobile phone number or an invalid mobile phone number. I tested the Incorrectly formatted mobile number but that doesn't / cant be a logical rationale. DS runs default validation relative to your Country Code used...(e.g. In UK, numbers MUST start with a “7” and be 11 digits incl. Dialling code). ANY deviation from these parameters and envelope cant / wont progress. Its difficult to test Invalid number, I tried a few unlikely numbers and envelope was sent, so not really a consideration for this scenario. Any help much appreciated! Tks, Mike 

And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

I’ve created a web form that will be used as an inspection template.  A user at my level will perform the inspection using the Web Form and once completed, I’ll need to route the now clinic-specific inspection with findings to the appropriate team for acknowledgement signatures.  I’m at a standstill and need some help.General Web Form template with inspection content is created and currently living in My Web Forms. I or another user will perform the inspection.  Once complete, signatures from 2 different people will need to be obtained to sign off the inspection.  Because these inspections will now be clinic-specific, eSignature fields will not be the same from inspection form to inspection form. In thinking about this, if I am inspecting 14 clinics, do I need to create 14 Web Forms all named for the clinic to be inspected in the My Web Forms folder so the links to complete them are unique?
