Hello,I'm working on integrating the branding feature with DocuSign, but I'm having trouble understanding why the DocuSign icon appears white in the emails I receive.On the DocuSign preview page, the icon displays in black. I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue. 

Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.

I am trying to set up a template where the first person has “Allow to Edit” but the option is not showing in the list. I am using a production account. I have attached screenshots of both the option not there and showing up (in my developer account).Please let me know if there is something I can do. 

I was working in different organization, I did the docusign course and appeared for exam, i passed the exam and got the certificate. Now, I am working in a different organization. so, do not have that certificate anymore. How to get that certificate ?

Since DocuSign isn’t supporting their users, how do they expect anyone to open a case if they’re not a paid customer, and if their Chat option isn’t working? Hello DocuSign Community,I am looking for clarification regarding supported digital certificates for Brazil (ICP-Brasil), specifically cloud-based certificates where the private key is not stored locally on the signer’s machine. I use an ICP-Brasil e-CPF cloud certificate, managed by a certified Trust Service Provider (TSP). The certificate is not installed in the Windows Certificate Store and is not exposed via PKCS#11 or CSP locally. The signing process works as follows: The user selects “cloud certificate” A local application is launched The signer authenticates using QR Code + 2FA (mobile approval) The cryptographic signing operation occurs remotely (HSM / remote key signing) This certificate works correctly on: Government portals Other Brazilian signing platforms

I successfully configured a custom connector for DocuSign yesterday. It ran a couple of times, but today it had an error. Failed to refresh access token for service: oauth2. Correlation Id=39ea2047-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-ef8ad5cb80a7, UTC TimeStamp=12/24/2025 1:00:44 PM, Error: OAuth 2 access token refresh failed. Client ID and secret sent in form body.. Response status code=NotFound. Response body: { "statusCode": 404, "message": "Resource not found" }   What would cause this? I tried creating a new secret and  added it to the custom connector but the test doesn’t work either (It did yesterday). 

We have build an app to allow our Customers to sign Up and use their docussign account. I am extremly consfussed - on stepsWhen we go to Promote the App into Production - Which email id do I need to give? As part of partner prohram do we get an account provisioned? Any clear documenation will helpful - atleast I coundt find any? 

I’m using the list envelopes action to get the status. This envelope has a bad email address.  but the API only shows it as ‘Sent’ I have also tried the Get_audit_event_list action. This does not show delivery failure either. This seems like a very basic requirement so it must be possible?

Hello community/supportAfter installing: The DocuSign connector in Business Central A DocuSign license for certain users then users who do NOT have a DocuSign license suddenly see that the standard “Upload” or “Send for approval/signature” features become blocked or unavailable.?? Can someone provide a solution to fix this?Thank you

Hello,I would like to know if there is a way to allow the signer to choose the TSP (Trust Service Provider) when signing with a qualified electronic signature. Currently, the sender must select a specific provider in advance.Our scenario involves adding recipients from different countries, and in many cases, we do not know the exact TSP provider they have. Is it possible to allow the sender to specify only the type of signature (e.g., qualified or simple electronic) and let the signer select the exact provider during signing?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

We are using Docusign Apps Launcher. I have a DocuSign Gen Template where I want to put text box fields that are NOT merge fields. I want them assigned to the first signer in my DocuSign Envelope Template. I do not see how I can create the field tag in DocuSign Apps launcher without anchoring it to a field in Salesforce. This is not a field that is currently in Salesforce, and we don’t need it to be, we just want it on the template. On the Word document I put \name_1_text\ and \nameparent_1_text\. When I go to send the document, I do not see these fields pulled into the template assigned to signer 1. Is this possible to have just a text box field on the Word Gen Template and have the fields assigned to signer 1 in the Envelope template? 

Hi, I created a paid DocuSign account for myself as I urgently need a QES siganture. I added this type of signature, but I have problem with proceeding in the ‘Identity Verification’ section. It looks like it’s used to ask a person I ask for signing to identify themselves, but it doesn’t work anyway; I keep having an error. How do I authenticate myself? I will not be asking anyone for signing now? I just need to have the QES signature active for myself. I will be really thankful for your help. Best regards,Maria

We have a user profile (as a “service account”) designated to be the Owner of our Docusign Web Forms, Templates, and Power Automate Flow Connectors. Every quarter, this password must be changed in Docusign. After I change the password in the user profile in Docusign, I have to launch Power Automate. I believe that I then have to open dependent objects that have a stored connection containing this user’s credentials in some way to get the prompts that will ask me to authenticate this user’s credentials again. I can respond to the prompts and update the authentication credentials at that time, but only if I get a prompt to do so. However I don’t know how many objects in Power Automate need to be “refreshed” manually so that they do not fail when triggered. We have standard Docusign Connectors but we also have a Custom Connector. How do I know that all of my connections are updated? Do I have to trigger flows that use all of the affected connectors? I have DocuSign eSignature integrated with Salesforce, and I’m trying to build a workflow for NDAs. The desired flow is:  A sales rep triggers the NDA from Salesforce. The NDA (as a Word document) is first sent to our in-house lawyer for review and redlining. After edits, the lawyer sends the redlined version to the client for their redlining. Once all redlines are resolved, the finalized NDA should be routed for signature and automatically saved back to the Salesforce record.  Is there a recommended setup within DocuSign + Salesforce that supports this kind of internal-editing → client-redlining → final-signature workflow? And should this be done via document markup inside DocuSign, or external Word redlining and then re-uploading versions?We have Docusign E-Signature licenses. Not sure if I need another license for negotiate or CLM? 

I'm using embedded signing in my app. It redirects from my web page to the DocuSign signing page, and after the user finishes signing, it redirects back to my web page. I want users to receive a completion email once they've signed, just like when they sign via email. Is that possible?  Do I need to modify the code, or can I do it through platform settings?

We have a complex process for CE certification of our machines. This process requires numerous signatures from employees, sometimes the same employees signing multiple times at different times. Unfortunately, we've now reached the limit of 200 rules. If DocuSign could increase the number of rules allowed, it would be a huge help. As it stands, we'll constantly have to delete rules to stay below the 200 limit.

Dear DocuSign Team, We recently started using the DocuSign new shared access feature in our organization, migrating all the actual access from the old to the new feature. After that, I discovered that the new feature is designed to not allow users to access a shared envelope via a direct link, which caused a huge manual work for some of our departments. Do you have any plans to enable the link access for the new feature, or should we rollback and use again the old feature? Thank you,Raafat
