Good day, Previously, the AI Document Review pop-up would automatically pop-up when I download a document, it no longer does that, how can I enable AI Document Review again on use profiles?Thanks,Pfano

We are creating 100 pages of forms and calling Docusign API to create an envelope for user to e-sign from our application. User have already reviewed the document in preview state before proceeding with E-sign. Is there option to E-sign all 100 pages in one click rather than user clicking each signature element in each form?  We want to improve the user experience for the client. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I'm facing an unexpected behavior in my workflow related to the Params.xml file.I have a logic that compares the <UpdatedDate> value before and after a specific step, in order to detect if the file was actually modified (checked in).The issue is that Params.xml updates the <UpdatedDate> automatically, even when there’s no real change in the document. This causes the comparison logic to fail, since the timestamp changes for no apparent reason.I’d like to understand if this is an expected behavior or if there’s any configuration that could be triggering this automatic update.Thanks in advance for any help!

As a signer, can I see a previous version of a document sent to me?  I had a contract sent to me yesterday and the we discussed some changes and a new version was sent today but is it possible to view the pervious version?

Hello, with the new Docusign security setting in Salesforce, I disconnected and reconnected the organisation to Docusign, and since then I have been experiencing a problem.When the user reconnects to Docusign via Salesforce CPQ, they receive an error message indicating that the URL does not exist. They wait 10 minutes and then they can generate their document without any problems.I made a Salesforce query that shows me the URL stored in my flow, which is different from the URL in the error message.My flow calls the following URL:URLFOR(“/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator”.  The URL in the error message contains  apex/dfsle__CompleteSpringOAuthHave you encountered this problem? Do I need to change my URL in my flow?waiting

Is there an admin report that I can run to see which envelopes were sent as part of a Bulk Send job?  We are about to renew our contract and we are considering adding the Retrieve feature so that we can mass download completed envelopes.  Before we do this, I want to know who else in the firm, if anyone, uses Bulk Send.  If I am the only one who uses Bulk Send, then Retrieve probably is not necessary.  I have full admin access and can run any available reports. Thanks,Teri

I have created three templates over the last three hours, following DocuSign instructions. None of them are visible anywhere. I have not deleted them.

I received a docusign document from my employer, and this was the first time I had to do the signature digitally.For that I needed an identification process with a dispatcher, where even the first 2 attempt was cancelled by the dispatcher due to technical issues. On third try we finally could start the identification, but at the end the dispatcher told me that she has technical issues so I shall call them again.However since then I stuck at the 1. Identification step with the message:“This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”How can I proceed to the Sign documents step?

Normally the ECF on the template helps us organize envelopes that are being backed up using the Agreement Rules.  However now we are using Web Forms, but it looks like the ECF can only be put on the Pre-fill page.  The problem with this is that we are using web forms so that our employees won’t have to have an account in Docusign but still fill out forms.  Therefore having the ECF on the pre-fill page is not an option. On the web form, there is the option for “Save as envelope custom field” on text and drop-down fields on the pages that are not Pre-fill.  When it is selected and the web form is activated, the ECF isn’t being updated so the Agreement Rules are not working.  Does anyone have any other suggestions or helpful ways to make the ECF work from the other pages?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to find out whether there’s a way to disable the “Correct” (envelope correction) feature in DocuSign for my account — or at least restrict who can use it to a specific set of users. (Like setting the property allowEnvelopeCorrect = false thought the esignature api?.)So far, I haven’t found any clear setting in the Admin Console to turn this off. Does anyone know if:There’s a permission or role setting that removes the ability to correct envelopes?Or if this can be disabled at the account or brand level by DocuSign Support or via an API configuration?Any guidance or confirmation from someone who’s done this would be really appreciated.Thanks!Chris

I am have a usecase where my template is going to be signed by multiple clients. in those templates, I am prefilling different kinds of information (texts, checkboxes, radio buttons and so on). I have a usecase where I need to upload/prefill a logo. this logo will be different in many cases. and I am trying to figure out a way to generate a document with the corresponding logo. is there a way to do this ?

I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"COMBINEDDOWNLOAD_UNABLETOGENERATEPDF","message":"Unable to generate combined PDF. Please download the documents as an archive." Odd thing is that we are not requesting combined documents. Asking for combined documents would need the specific keyword “combined”, but we don’t have it or use it. Could the error code be related to something else than combined documents? I have not found any information about this error code.

Is it possible to add an internal approval level as the first person to see a document before it is then sent onwards for signatories? Basically want a manager to review documents before they are sent externally. We have eSignature Business Pro Edition for SFDC.Thanks

Hello, We’ve noticed that when multiple emails are sent from DocuSign with the same subject line, Gmail automatically groups them into a single conversation thread. This makes it difficult for our recipients to easily identify or track individual signing requests.Could you please let me know if there’s a way to prevent this behavior by adding unique identifiers so that each message is treated as a separate email in Gmail? The envelopes are created via the API from a PHP application, and I’m using the Email Signing Resource file to define the email subject template.  

DocuSign has any feature that can automatically remove users or integrate them for this?

I need to build one envelope with three composites: a plain PDF with no signers, a server template with roles mapped to recipients, a flat PDF that overrides a server template’s original doc and maps template roles RoleA → Employee (routing 1) and RoleB → Owner (routing 2). Hello everybody,I would like to create an automated Powerautomate Signing-Workflow with DocuSign an create a qualified electronic signature (QES). Therefore a validation workflow is necessary. We use D-Trust (Bundesdruckerei) in Germany. I need to input the verification Type as a parameter. But I am not sure what to choose or how to correctly address / initiate this verification workflow exactely. Any expericence or idea how to solve this? Thanks! Uli

Hello, We are in the process of integrating DocuSign with Workday and we are running into an issue with the document alerts going to the wrong email. Currently, they are going to my work email when they should be going to a shared inbox. Where would I change where these are routing? Thank you!
