Hi,As a government entity after a document is signed we must often post it on our county website.  We’ve noticed that the post-signature download pdf looses its tagging.  At least we think that is what is happening.  Thus I have two questions:1st QuestionAssuming the Word document originally uploaded to the envelope meets the following accessibility standards:Alternative text Use of Style Headings Accessible table formatting Meaningful Document Properties Title Properly tagged email and webpage links.Shouldn’t the signed document keep these tags in the signed PDF version?2nd QuestionI’m attaching two post-signed downloads.  When I run the documents through Adobe Pro’s accessibility checker there is one error.  The error is the same for both documents.  Tagged annotations - Failed.  Element 1.Normally I can click on Element 1 and the offending object highlights on the document

Hey folks, I recently build a quick export to DocuSign feature for one of our customers at BaseStation. We basically lets you upload a flat PDF, recognize all the inputs/tabs then you can export them into DocuSign as a template. This has help my client’s templating team 2x up their quarterly templating effort. Would this be useful for anyone here? I know this feature could get way more complex ( conditional fields, conditional docs, multi signer etc ) so before I invest any further want to get the community’s thoughts on whether anyone’s team could see adding this tool as part of their work flow. ps. would be cool if there’s some who want to turn flat PDF forms into PowerForms too. Would love to learn your use case

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?

I would like to print out a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in Docusign for Compliance Department review. I am in the Legal Requirement portal where I have selected the preferences, but I do not know how to view a copy of how the Disclosure appears to ensure it meets our regulatory guidelines.Thank you

Hello, I am currently stuck on a DocuSign CLM workflow solution as a new-er developer. Ultimately I have another system that is sending an API call to CLM to try to move a document to another folder. From what I understand, and from what DocuSign support confirmed with me, is that the CLM API doesn’t have an endpoint that allows you to move documents. So, my next best idea is to use the API to activate a CLM workflow whose only purpose is to move a document to the folder I want it to go to.I can confirm that I am able to start the workflow, as well as see the variable of the document ID that I had passed in with it, however I can’t seem to correctly use the Find Document step(s) to actually find the document using its ID. I have tried the Find Document step, however it doesn’t accept a variable of just the doc ID, it needs a document variable type or path (which honestly doesn’t make much sense to me… If I had a variable of the document or it’s exact path, why would I need to

I can't figure out how to password protect a completed DocuSign PDF whilst keeping the 'signed and all signatures are valid' section intact to prove it is an officially completed Docusigned document. Can this be done?  

Hello,I have an envelope template which requires two signers. The first signer are customers that we work with and the second signer is somebody internal whom has to sign off on the document. I want to find a way where the second signer can view the details of the first signer, but when the form is complete, the first signer cannot see the details that was input into the form once they receive their completed copy.Is this possible? How can this be done?

I have a customer who is asking about the "Additional Info" category in Navigator. They've enabled this, but want to understand where this info is input. There isn't a way to input anything in this category in the document details. They also asked about the character limit. If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thanks!

There is an error on my invoice, so I try to contact Docusign Support. But no success.None of the login options on https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcases work for me.Choosing “eSignature, IAM Applications, Rooms, CLM, Notary” I get:“Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.”Which brings me back to the open the case page and back to non-functioning login. C’mon guys, really? is it how badly you want to loose customers that you don’t even give them the option to contact you?

Hi, I’ve completed a signed agreement and have received email notification to retrieve my completed document from my lawyer.  I’m a “free” (unpaid) user of docsign while I’ve contracted with an organization that uses the service.  I have used the same email I used to view, review and sign the document and then access my account gain access to the completed document.  When I log in (after confirming access), the “Welcome back” page is presented with NO Agreement visible for me to download.  Reviewing all COMPLETED documents, there are none in my account.  I have NO Envelopes sent, NO Envelopes in my Inbox.   Nothing there.   This was all on FireFox.  I ran the same scenario on Chrome.  Alternatively, I tried the “Alternate Signing Method” which I processed on both FireFox and Chrome and got the same results. I’m here because I can’t get any support.  I tried to access 

If i create an envelope with multiple documents and multiple signer (ex. 2 docs and 2 signer)if i dont sign one of the documents of envelope with a specific signer, and terminate processall docs of the envelope are considered signed? how can i down the status of the single docs?

I added to a document template a checkbox, and when i edit a data label, it don’t save the new label. There’s anything i might need to edit additionally?After edit the Data Label and save it, it return to the original value “Checkbox 1a31da89-4ae0-49…...”. I validated and i’m not using the Data Label anywhere. Any Data Label that i entered is reverted to the original value.

Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.    

I have a confirmed accessible Word document that I have uploaded to a template.  I have made sure all fields have meaningful data labels and tool tips.  I have sent the form to myself so I might test the signing experience with NVDA.  (I am just learning how to use NVDA by the way.)I am able to navigate through the fields just fine.  All of the fields announce properly.  However, there are additional paragraphs that provide important information that are not part of the form fields.  How do I tell the screen reader to read them?  I have tried NVDA + Down Arrow: Start reading from the current position. I need some support with something in my account but every time I try to contact support it says that those options are only available to paid users, which I am! I am just going round and round in circles. How can I report the fact that I can’t access DocuSign support as it is saying I am not a paid user (which I am) when I can’t access it!

When adding signature fields to a document since yesterday, the menus stay in place when scrolling. This then means that when you scroll to the bottom of the document, the UI all stays at the top, making it difficult and tedious to add signature fields to the document. Is there any way to resolve this on our end?
