Hello all, I have a template where I have defined four signers, in the following way: I want to create envelopes out of this template using the Python SDK. Sometimes, I wanna add all four signers to an envelope, but sometimes I need to only add a subset of the signers (only signer1, signer1 and signer2, and so on). Hello, We are finding that template matching isn’t working all the time for some templates. The template matching worked at one point so I’m not sure why it isn’t working out of the blue. 

Hello Docusign team, I am using Docusign eSignature and I have created a template using the Docusign UI. I want to create envelopes from this template using the Python SDK. I have a couple of tabs that I want to pre-fill before sending to signers, so I used pre-fill tabs when creating the template. The problem is, I cannot find a way of prefilling these tabs using the Python SDK.  I have seen an answer suggesting that pre-fill tabs should be used only on the UI and not on the API or SDKs. Is that true? I have chosen prefill tabs because, as I see, regular tabs are associated with a specific signer, and I want all the signers to see the values that I prefill.

May I ask if there is a report which confirms that when a  Recipient is signing using QES he actually created a Wallet?  This when the envelope is not yet Completed.  We have a case where in History it mentions creating a Wallet but need to be sure via a report.

Getting Docusign error while trying to sign doc which is already digitally signed. Unable to load the document. The document needs to be repaired and that would invalidated existing digital signatures. Please repair the document, then get it signed and uploaded again

I am new to DocuSign and I am a bit confused. On the Home screen, I can see:- 2 Action Required- 2 Waiting for Others- 1 CompletedIf I click the first one, I can see only 1 document, not 2.If I click the second one, I can see 0 documents, not 2.If I click the third one, I can see it properly. That is, I can see only 3 out of 5. I have use case where I need to uniquely identify a recipient. With REST API, it works fine. We are currently leveraging DocuSign keys within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process. In our current setup, the email notifications accompanying envelopes sent to customers display a single "From" address corresponding to the account configured for this process.The challenge arises when we involve multiple departments in our workflows. We have developed separate processes for various stakeholders, including Sales, HR, and others. Each department would like their envelopes to display a unique "From" address specific to their role or function.Could you please confirm if it is possible to configure multiple "From" addresses for envelopes based on the process or department? If so, we would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this functionality.

One of our secretaries created a free, temporary DocuSign account.  We want to get her set up as a user on our company account, so we created a user account for her.  However, she used her work email address for the temporary account, so when she tries to log in, she is directed to her temporary account.  Is it possible to merge them?  She has one envelope in the temporary account.  Ideally, we would like to move that to the company account.  Thanks,Teri

Hi, we are trying to assign Admin roles and need to know if DS Admin can view and download all envelopes? When we test the DS Admin role, it seems like the access does not allow us to view and download any documents / envelopes sent out and signed by our company users unless shared access is granted. If User resigns and we don’t have access to their envelopes, then the documents will be lost forever?PS: We are not using CLM.

We are rolling out Dayforce and paid for the DocuSign IAM Professional package. We were asked to create a Developer account to demo the application during testing. We have set up the external integration in Dayforce to point to the admin user account and id and base URL. Everything was working. Now Dayforce is Live and we were instructed to go into Dayforce external integrations and Click for oAth Setup and Export Tokens. Clicked and it now matches the tokens in the External Integration area in DF and our DocuSign account information in Apps and Keys. However it is not working. I am not sure if we need to do something else?

Eu utilizo o docusign para assinar documentos de maneira individual, não utilizo para outros meios e desde ontem não consigo mais fazer assinaturas dos meus documentos alegando que já utilizei toda a cota.Eu não consigo suporte, apenas por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus documentos, alguém está com o mesmo problema? I use Docusign to sign documents individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota.I can't get support, only through here.I've been using the system for over 4 years only to sign my documents. Hi all, I am looking to modify the email resource file to have additional footer in all the email sent, I copied the EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody and EnvelopeActivation_PlainTextBody data tag from the master resource file to a custom file i created and added the footer, but the mail that comes post after placing the xml file in brand is raw format, any other change that we would need to make to send the mails in proper format

I am just wondering what Is the best way to create a form and share this as a link on a ‘welcome email’ that anyone with the link can fill out? As opposed to having to email each new client individually.

I installed all needed libraries, including the one for ds types. It’s been extremely difficult to use. I haven’t been able to find working examples. I am at a loss.
