Unable to view or download a completed document

I signed a document using a DocuSign link provided to me and then I logged into my DocuSign account to view the completed document which was there.  But when I attempt to view or download the document I’m met with this:

{"errorCode":"RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED","message":"Recipient has not passed authentication steps."}

If I’m already logged into the account why is it not letting me see it?  And why isn’t it not walking me through what other authentication steps are required?

Can you please provide the envelope ID of the document you are trying to open from your account?

Kindly follow the steps from this link on how to get the envelope ID.

How do I find an Envelope ID as a recipient/signer?
