I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. I’ve created a merge field in Docusign that is to write back to an opportunity field in Salesforce, and have placed the anchor tag in my word document template.  When I go to send the document out for signature, the text field for data to be entered is barely wide enough to notice it’s even there:I know I can manually adjust the width of the field before sending, but asking my users to have to do this for every contract that goes out is not reasonable.  How can I set this anchored merge field to be wider by default?

Hi!I have a document that requires a signature from one individual in our organization and then signed by the counterparty. Originally I set up a template for this but I need to send out 60 of these templates and I don’t want to use bulk send because our internal signer would have to open 60 emails.Is there an alternative to this?I could create all 60 documents and send them to our signer and the parse them out to the counterparties but before I do that I wanted to see if there was an easier way.Thank you for any suggestions!

Hello everyone,I’m trying to design a workflow for a document that will be signed by employees from 100+ different companies, and then countersigned or approved by that employee’s manager at the same company.My initial idea is to have the employee (Signer 1) select their company from a dropdown field. Ideally, based on that selection, the correct manager/employer (Signer 2) would be automatically assigned as the next signer.The document would need to be accessed directly from our website (freestanding). However, with Web Forms, it appears that Signer 1 can assign any email address, which doesn’t meet our requirements.Does anyone know if this type of conditional signer assignment is possible in DocuSign (via Web Forms, PowerForms, or another approach)? Or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance.

On a Web Forms template, I need to use conditionnal routing to send the enveloppe to a Routing Group, with 6 potential recipients. All of those recipients are shared mailboxes, for 6 different teams. It works well, but now, they want to be able, once received, to assign someone to the task.So I need those recipients to assign the last recipient as the final signatory.But both on prod and sandbox, it seems that only “needs to sign”, “needs to view”, “receives a copy.” are available for routing group… Note that for “standard” type of recipients (= not from a routing group), I can also use “specify recipients”, “update recipients”, and “edit”, so it’s not about enabling it (I’m admin). Did I miss something ? How can I have a routing group to assign the next recipient (by typing the email address at some point) ?Kind regards

We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration. When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set.  We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder. DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentationAnyone found a fix yet?  

We use DocuSign to route for signature directly out of our Database (there is a DocuSign link in the database to click/send to DocuSign). Recent user was unable to void or cancel envelope that first signer “declined”. Error message read, “Only envelopes in the ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ state may be voided.” 

Date 2/6/26. Thousands of emails from Docusign today, from the email dse_na3.docusign.net. Microsoft Purview Defender has quarantined all of these as phishing emails. Has this happened to anyone else? We had to manually release almost 2000 emails. 

 Date format in document templates The date format in the document templates cannot be adjusted to DD/MM/YYYY and is set by default to MM/DD/YYYY. For example, when I enter 30/01/2026, the system flags this as an invalid date. In my profile settings, the date format is correctly set to DD/MM/YYYY. It appears that within the (in my view relatively new) document builder, the date format cannot be configured. As a result, it is currently not possible to create contracts correctly. A potential workaround would be to use text fields for dates, but these are then not recognized by the navigator. Moreover, from a functional perspective, this must be a proper date field.

I am beyond frustrated with your company.  I a brand new customer who just paid for a year and cannot get the chat to work, or even open a case.  None of your support functions are working.  I have already gone through the only troubleshooting steps I could find.  Either you contact me and resolve this or I’m canceling and getting a refund.  You will have had my business for less than 24 hours. This is unprofessional and looks very bad.  When I pay for a service, it takes my money, marks me as paid, but keeps all the buttons grayed out saying they are for paid accounts only, and your chat button (the only ungrayed one) doesn’t work no matter what I do or which browser I use or even your app, this is unacceptable. Please reach out to me or provide a contact phone number where I can read a live agent.

I received a message in my account asking me to sign a fraudulent document.In its title, it reads:“Bradesco – Purchase Approved: R$12,000.00 for Walter …”I am Walter — and they had both my email address and my full name.Bradesco is a major Brazilian bank, roughly equivalent to Bank of America in scale and relevance.So how did this even reach me, given that it was clearly fraudulent and explicitly impersonating a well-known bank — quite possibly a DocuSign client?Well, well, well…..This is not the reputation one would expect from a company positioning itself as a trust platform.

I am trying to add the “Bulk Send” capability to our account. Changing our subscription requires I contact sales. For more than a week, have repeatedly reached out to both support and sales to connect with someone in sales to upgrade our account for this capability. Support has been trying to get someone in sales to reach out to me. Nobody has contacted me. I was just wondering if there is a sales department for subscription upgrades?

How can I make the SSN field (text box set to nine digits) where the document cannot be finished if the user enters anything other than nine digits?  I am wanting nine digits exactly…….not 4…..not 7…...nine exactly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope? 

I want to use radio buttons in my template.  However, the input for radio buttons (as well as numbers, drop downs and several others) are locked.  Why are these locked?  How do I insert radio buttons? 

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

Hi, We have developed an integration with the DocuSign REST APIs.Over the past few weeks, we’ve observed that a few POST /envelopes requests have taken longer than usual to respond, resulting in timeouts in our system. However, these requests eventually complete successfully on the DocuSign side.To better calibrate our timeout configuration and avoid failures, we would like to better understand the expected performance characteristics of the POST /envelopes API.We would appreciate it if you could share the p99 response time metrics for the POST /envelopes API, as this will help us appropriately tune our timeout settings.TIA

the Shared Access drop down is there, but when trying to share the only option available was to share with the admin only.  Did Docusign take away the ability to share eSignature with others on our account?  That’s how it was set it up previously so that anyone could go to the shared sent folder under the xxxxx_contracts@company_name.com mailbox and look at the status of an envelope.

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. We have a requirement to use two checkbox fields in a DocuSign document where only one checkbox can be selected at a time (mutually exclusive selection).  Additionally, the selected checkbox value should be written back to a Salesforce field after the envelope is completed. Currently, standard checkboxes allow both options to be selected, and we need guidance on how to: Restrict the selection so that only one checkbox can be checked at a time. Could you please advise on the recommended configuration to achieve this requirement?
