Topaz Gemview Tablets and SigPlusExtLite

Based on the available documentation, there are no documented known issues with using Topaz GemView tablets with DocuSign In-Person Signing and SigPlusExtLite. Most of the available guidance focuses on standard signature pads, such as the Topaz SigLite.
If you're planning to use GemView, a small proof of concept is a great way to validate the experience before a full deployment. If your goal is to allow customers to view and sign documents on the same device, you may also want to consider the Docusign Mobile App, which offers a consistent touch and stylus signing experience on supported tablets.

If anyone in the community has experience using GemView in a production environment, we'd love to hear about your results, as there isn't currently any published guidance specific to this configuration.

Just wondering, does this mean that it has to be manually moved as a window as if the tablet were another monitor? I was under the impression that the SigPlusExtLite trigger would display the form on the tablet.

Yes, essentially the tablet becomes an additional monitor and you will have to manually move the DocuSign browser session to the tablet and the customers can view the form prior to applying their signature. Hope that helps.
