Reminder Notifications

We understand your concern regarding the reminder email notification for the sender, and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

By default, the sender does not receive an email notification when Docusign sends an automatic reminder to recipients. Also, Docusign does not offer a setting to notify senders when reminder emails are sent to recipients. If the sender wants to keep track of outstanding envelopes, they can check through the Agreements and view the envelope status or history.

If receiving reminder notifications as the sender is important to your workflow, you can submit the idea to the Docusign ideas board, where users can suggest new features and vote on existing requests. This helps the product team understand customers demand for enhancements.

Thank you! This is very helpful information. We initiate the envelope from Salesforce. Is there a way to see this history detail in Salesforce as well? Don’t know if that would entail building some type of report.
