Help needed to automate DocuSign pdf download via Power Automate

Our team recently identified a system issue in which documents were not being returned with the trigger.

Please try running your real-time trigger flows again to see if they are now capturing the documents as expected.

Thank you for the fast response. Unfortunately, neither “When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)” nor “When a Docusign Connect event occurs (Account-level)” Trigger event “envelope completed” did work.

Thank you for your response! Since the standard setups are not working, we need to create a formal support case. Contact Docusign Support | Submit a Help.

This escalates the issue to our internal team so they can investigate and test the logs to determine why the event is failing.

Hi Luke,

I actually heeded your advice and contacted Support. Matthieu from Tech Support confirmed that 

“Signing Groups are only supported in a handful of Power Automate actions:

Add recipient to an envelope
Update recipient on an envelope
Create envelope using template with recipients and tabs
Create envelope using composite templates”

and that there are currently no plans to include additional PowerAutomate triggers/action. However, I’ll probably just do as he said and also post an idea here: https://community.docusign.com/ideas 

It would definitely be helpful in future when things need to be automated even more due to economic reasons.
