Hello, I am a DocuSign administrator and I have the ability to transfer draft envelopes of mine to other users within the same account.  I went and transferred 30+ of my drafts to another user within my account a couple hours ago and they can not see it. I transferred over a single draft envelope and they saw it within minutes.  I looked in my deleted and its not there and i looked in their deleted and its not there. Is this a timing issue where it takes time to transfer ownership? If not can this be recovered? It took a couple days to make these drafts and do not want to delay this project by remaking envelopes. 

Hi,I’ve been having an error message while trying to sign a document that was sent to me. this has been lasting since last week. I have tried opening the document in another browser and I<m still getting the same error. I have tried on my phone and I’m getting the same error. here is a screen shot  

I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week.  DocuSign suspended our account today.  I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.Terrible customer support!!!! Maybe Sharefile wants our e-signing business. 

We have implemented DocuSign and want to start implementing DocuSign with Human Resources department. It is important to create a subgroup for the confidentiality of the documents and they need to share documents inside this subgroup (or via a Goggle Drive if possible). We are using Google Suite with Google Drive in our organization.What are the steps to be initiated to get this organized?  Appreciate the supportMerry Christimas everyone.

Is there a way to adjust the size/or look of a field label/tooltip when I am creating a form in DocuSign.Per the image here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RphsB6wU6R_Rgd6DnLwNYYgHRM8Km4qV/view?usp=sharingI have a State Drop Down field on a form that was made in InDesign and then ported to Acrobat. As you can see, when brining it into DocuSign the, label covers the Drop Down as well as the adjacent form field.Is there a way for me to style this so as not to have this issue?Thanks in advance.

I’m in the middle of creating multiple Envelope Templates, each with multiple documents. Within each envelope some of the documents are .docx format and others are .pdf. I saved and closed the first Envelope Template then opened the 2nd Envelope Template which already had 3 .docx files in it. I clicked to add a PDF document when I suddenly got a message saying “New editor only supports DOCX files” (see screenshot below). What is going on?? I just added a PDF to the first Envelope Template not even 2 minutes ago!  I’m not building a document, just adding documents to an Envelope Template and adding signing fields to those documents. I’m new to Docusign and am using it for basic eSignature stuff, like sending contracts to clients for signature. Thank you in advance for any help!! UPDATE -- I removed the 3 .docx files that were already in the 2nd Envelope Template and then was able to successfully add the PDF to that template. Can anyone help with setting up Dynamic Template, please? The only suggested related topic is not very good. 

We are using Conga templates to generate Docusign envelope in Salesforce. We successfully applied document custom fields in Conga template using Autoplace Text/”Anchor Tags”. The last thing we need is to setup conditional field rules as per this article (see also image below). However, so far we can add the rules manually. Is there any way to somewhat “save” these rules in Docusign so that those are automatically applied to custom fields? Note that I also plan to ask this on Conga side. Thanks!

I am a third party who is not the DocuSign envelope creator or sender, and I am not a signer of the document, but I am viewing a document that has multiple valid electronic signatures, each of which were applied via the DocuSign system. The document does not have the DocuSign Certificate of Completion appended to it. The author of the document has manually created signature fields for the signers, and the DocuSign system has applied, during the DocuSign process, the DocuSign Envelope ID number visible in the upper left corner of each page and the DocuSign signature manifestations visible in the signature fields of the document.Without the DocuSign Certificate of Completion, is there any way that I can find out from the information that the DocuSign system has created during the signing process, not from the document’s author, the identity of each individual signer and the date of each signature as recorded or generated by the DocuSign system without my having to ask another party, such

Hi, Last May, I have received a document to my email and signed the same. However today, when I try to login with that email docusign said I don’t have any account with that email address. So I created a free account with that emai and logged in. But I could not see any documents in that login. How to get my signed document?  

HI,I’ve just started using Docusign and I’m setting up my first template using the Word template assistant.The context is I need to send the same template to many different recipients over time ie not bulk send.I can see I can define text, number, date & dropdown fields, but how do I define where a signature field is? Thanks

I have created a template with multiple comment fields. When I upload multiple documents to the template, the comments are not saving distinctly. If I make a comment on document 1 comment field one it will save but when I make a comment in document 2 comment field one the initial comment is then overwritten with the new comment. Is there a way to make each comment field distinct from another? 

I’ve been sent documents to sign and twice failed the security questions (and therefore cannot sign) because they are not accurate. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve notified the sender of the documents but this is super frustrating. Is this a credit history issue? Where do they get their data? Examples:1.Asking me what other names I have ever gone by. None of the options were accurate. One was a misspelling of my legal first name and I’m guessing that’s what it wanted me to pick.2 Asking my college major. My major was not listed. However, “Humanities” was and I’m guessing that was what the system wanted me to pick.    

Is it possible to send envelope with informational only attachment that shouldn't be included in the signed package? We include our benefits package in the job offer envelope for their review, but we don't want it to be included in the "signed" materials.

I am trying to copy an envelope with field data. The option has been enabled in our settings.When I copy the envelope I cannot see the completed field data, the form looks blank.  Will the data be displayed to recipient once I send the envelope?

I recently recieved an email to sign an agreement through DocuSign. Unfortunately, I have not been able to add it to my mobile app’s library of documents to be signed. It always opens in a web browser, and none of the options allow me to add it to mobile or my account. I would like to know how to add it to the mobile app, and would appreciate any assistance with the matter. Thank you! :D

Edit: This has been tested on both Firefox and Google Chrome with the exact same results. I also rebooted my PC completed to rule out many other issues. Ive been using the new template editor since it launched and I never had any glitches. But now, one of my templates seems completely broken.I have a template with multiple documents within it. I can edit the first document with no issues, but now when I switch to the second document, the page completely breaks.1) First, my cursor jumps to the top of the page and is locked there. I an unable to type anything on the page or delete/format text.2) Clicking on paragraphs does nothing, but if I double click on them, it highlights the whole thing and the rulebuilder icon shows up. Even if I click the rulebuilder icon and hit cancel, it still doesn’t go away.3) If I try to click back to the first page, I get a choppy grey overlay over everything (but no pop up menu). And at that point, the page is completely frozen and unresponsive.Here are im

I’m mass sending a document through Docusign, but am not a contact for the recipients nor will I be following up on the document.  How can I change what email the recipient will see to another Docusign user before I transfer custody?

Where do the KBV questions come from?  We have a customer that doesn’t have an email address but would like to use spouse’s email.  Do the questions come from the name on the envelope or the email address used?

Hello, I browsed some support articles and topics on this forum and found some similar topics, but let me ask again. Is there an issue with the signature size in Docusign?We tried a lot of things, including:Drawing own signature in the Docusign draw box (using Wacom tablet) Drawing signatures on paper with a regular pen, making photographs, and uploading Drawing own signature in another app like paint using Wacom tablet and then uploading Choosing DocuSign auto-generated signatures and different styles for themIt's frustrating to see the signature consistently appear small and faint, despite our efforts to draw it larger and slightly outside the box. We got this eventually working OK-ish after a lot of trying, but we have more users in department and can’t spend an hour to fix one signature with a lot of trial and error. For example, signing documents in Adobe Acrobat is perfect, the signature looks properly out-of-the-box but with DocuSign  we have those issues.I'm sorry, but resizing

Some of our customers are receiving multiple SMS codes when signing their envelopes.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue.This has happened to us on occasions whilst performing testing.

Hi,I have a signing group with three members.  When an agreement is created and sent, one of the three members needs to go in and approve it before it gets sent to a client. The issue we are running into is periodically when one of the members goes to approve the document, they are notified that someone from the group is already in the process of approving the document.  However, when we ask that other member, they tell us they have not even opened it.  So, the original member who is trying to open and approve cannot move forward and the document cannot move forward until the other member goes in to approve. It’s very frustrating and we cannot figure out why DocuSign is saying someone from the group has opened the document when no one at that point has opened it except for the member trying to approve.  I have attached a screenshot of this message as well.  Any help would be appreciated!
