resizing initial and signature fields

hi,

I had a user complain to me about not being able to resize or move initial fields or signature fields like she did before. I see that ‘formatting scale’ allows the field to be adjusted between 50-100%. Is this new? I was sure I used to be able to make these smaller.

In Docusign eSignature the signature field can be resized between 50% and 200% and initial fields between 50% and 100%.
